Extremely pleased with the installation Michael completed today. He explained the process, talk through clearly the installation and where the cable from the consumer unit would run. Agreed the best route with me, giving options on the routing of the cable and positioning of the Ohme Charger, junction box and cable hook. Installation was done within 5-6 hours and he completed with help setting up the mobile Ohme App and demonstrating how to use the charger with my own car. Everything was left clean and tidy and anything moved was out back where it was - including plant pots!

Ohme EV charger fitted at my home address. Very easy process from order and install. Charger was fitted by professional installers to my requests regarding where I wanted the charger and direction of feed from the fuse box. The installation of my EV charger was carried out with great care. At my request a pre-installation site visit was carried out so that the installation could be carfully planned and carried out. I'd describe the approach and work of the two electrical engineers who intalled the EV as 'meticulous'. The great care taken with the cabling was particularly impressive as was the cleaning and clearing up. I am very, very impressed with Jolt Ltd and would highly reccommend them.

The engineer was polite and helpful throughout, carrying out the work in a professional manner, with a useful suggestion as to the siting of our Zappi unit which we took up. From the physical installation through to setting up of the Zappi app on my phone and running through the basics of using the Zappi, the installation could not have gone more smoothly.
