We decided to go with Joltify for installation of our EV charger because of their 5* rating, because they are new (aprox. 3 years) and we didn’t heard about them. I can say for sure now, that they stand by those 5*. Scott, their engineer with 15 years of experience did an amazing job. I’ve seen a lot of contractors in 8 years in my business but I’ve rarely seen that attention to detail, tidiness and a lot of common sense. He really takes pride in his work and you can tell he really enjoys what he is doing. He also went the extra mile by hiding one of my cables hanging there unaesthetically. I would also would like to mention Tom, who kept contact since day one via email and zoom, prepared everything and made sure that everything went smoothly in the installation day.

I have been in contact with Joltify for probably the last 12 months plus since searching for a company to help and advise to expand the potential of my Solar panel set-up. In the course of time they have supplied and fitted myenergi zappi and eddi units which have resulted in gleaning the full use from the solar panel system. Today they have fitted an additional battery to supplement the one I have already, once again Joltify supplied and fitted the unit with the same quality of service. A special mention must go to Scott the electrician who has fitted the units mentioned, not only today but in the past. Clean, polite, well versed in the units he has installed and above all able to suggest the best course of action using the units to reach their maximum potential. All in all a great, professional company I highly recommend.

The booking process was simple. Excellent client care. The installation by Scott was on point. No fuss. He arrived on time and got the job done within the time estimate given. He ensured everything was working correctly before leaving including a brief tutorial and navigation of the smartphone application. Top marks.

Scott G did a great job during the installation. He clearly explained the process and he worked very efficiently. After the installation he took time to show me how to download and use the Ohme app. Would highly recommend him to anyone for their own installation. We are happy with the functionality of the Ohme pro, but one area which seems to have not been properly thought about is the bracket used to house the tethered cable. It’s very narrow and quite tricky to neatly store the cable around the bracket. This is the reason for 4 stars.

We had an excellent experience with Joltify who installed our solar panels and battery storage. From the beginning to the end, our interaction with them was fantastic. Martin, who assisted us in the initial stages, was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. His professionalism and extensive knowledge were evident, and there was no pressure to make a sale. The installation process itself was completed in just two days. They began early in the morning on the first day, and by 4 pm on the second day, we were already generating our own electricity. They provided us with a user-friendly app that allowed us to monitor the system's performance every minute. Throughout the entire process, the team kept us well-informed, and they explained everything to us in a clear and understandable manner. Since the installation (early July 2023), we have not encountered any issues, and we are incredibly satisfied with the service provided by Joltify.

Scott G performed our Ohme EV installation today. He was most professional. Prior to starting he talked to us about the cabling and routing to minimise the visual impact in the house. He also worked hard to run the cabling into a space behind our fitted under-stairs cupboards. At the end he left our house tidy and then took time to explain usage of the Ohme charging app.

Hurray for Joltify! Our old battery and inverter died after nearly ten years, so we got Company B to replace them. Having given us plenty of headaches during the installation, Company B (for Bad News – the sort that gives the solar panel industry a bad name) continued to mess us around and wouldn’t supply a diagram which our energy company required before restarting our FIT payments. Eventually we found Joltify, and things started to look up. Martin supplied a dummy diagram to make sure the energy company would find it acceptable in principle, and then when they did, he supplied a proper one tailored to our system. After months of feeling let down, we’re now back on track. Thank you, Martin and Joltify.

Scott and the Joltify team provided a first-class, hassle-free solar installation. The clear communication and personable approach were excellent, and the final finish is discreet, with the cables trunked neatly to the inverter and battery. I would highly recommend their services. They are extremely professional and have a high level of knowledge about solar technology and the various options available.

Hi Given a quote for an Ohme install following a lengthy questionnaire from Ohme and a Joltify video survey which I accepted booked in and was then told the price was significantly higher than the quote and that additionally everything I was told by Ohme was untrue regarding standard installation and they set their own prices. Really poor experience and really badly handled. if they missed something they could at least put their hands up, back to square one and a ton of wasted time and effort. David, I’m afraid I don’t agree, the replacement wiring was provisioned for in the quote, and also included in the Ohme description of a standard install, so still unclear why this is chargeable above and beyond. The issue arose because you missed the consumer unit was in the meter cabinet. Even a simple apology, we missed it would have helped but instead it somehow contrived to be my fault. Oh and by the way, I am not confused by the emails, I find that suggestion frankly patronising and rude. If the reply was supposed to make this any better you failed. Maybe you are great at installations, I’ll never know, but your customer service and integrity is dire.

Slick experience from first enquiry to installation - and firm is local to me too. Install happened ahead of schedule as Joltify contacted me to advise they’d had unexpected availability. Shame EV delivery still some weeks off…. Scott the installer arrived promptly, discussed location and cable routing to ensure I was happy and left everything tidy and clean. Took me through set up but will have to wait for EV to test it out!

From start to finish this was a first class experience with good communication throughout. It was a pleasure to have Scott the installer working here. He planned a great route for the new cable and executed the job in a thoroughly professional manner, leaving everything neat and tidy.

The sales team put in a lot of effort to find me a slot for installation of a myenergi Zappi at fairly short notice, including the liaison with UK Power for the supply upgrade (even though in the end not necessary). The installer came round before the schedule install date to check all ok. On the day, he spent time explaining how to use the zappi and completed additiona works (bonding, and tidy up of the property power supply equipment). He made sure the charger was properly linked up to myenergi and visible on my phone app. To check working I was able to speak at EOD to support by phone to confirm data feeding realtime to the app on my phone.

Very good experience with this company. The sales process was very smooth and easy with good communication. Scott the installer arrived a few weeks later and did a great job. Very neat trunking given the awkward position of my consumer unit. Nice guy and very efficient. Most importantly I'm very happy with the Zappi charger!

This is the second time we have used Joltify and they are great. Easy open communication with the office and Scott who came to do the install was happy to wait until the software updated and he could explain everything. I think most firms would have set up the update and then left. Great service!

Excellent support 1 year on. Joltify installed an EV charger for me a year ago. Last week it stopped working. I contacted them and they explained the process to get support from the charger Supplier, raised a ticket for me, followed up with them when I didn’t get any response after day or two and kept in touch and made sure the fault was resolved. Thank you for the help - I would definitely recommend you to friends and relatives (and have done so)
