Jolt have been really helpful arranging slightly tricky installation. Michael the installer was polite and efficient and left the electric cupboard tidier than he found it! Would definitely recommend jolt to others.

It has been a complete pleasure working with Jolt to install our Wallbox Charger. We encountered problems when we discovered that our electricity supply was looped with a neighbour. Martin took on many aspects of dealing directly with SSEN directly to resolve this. When this lead to us having to change our installation date, Martin and his team were very accommodating and rearranged on several occasions. Scott and Sammy, our installers, were wonderful and went above and beyond our expectations. Our installation wasn't as straight forward as we had hoped it would be, including Wallbox sending an incorrect part, but Scott and Sammy were able to sort everything including driving for a replacement part. They stayed late to ensure everything was done to their high standards, guide us through the app, and demonstrate how to hook up the charger to our car. We really cannot recommend them enough! Amazing customer service from start to finish. If you are considering installing a home charger for your car, you should use Jolt.

Jolt made the entire process so easy for me. I had an Anderson charger fitted, clear communication from start to finish. They installed the charger exactly where I wanted it, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Martin is very helpful and accommodating doesn’t overpromise but definitely over delivers. Scott who installed the Ohme charger was very friendly and the work was tidy, neat and efficient. I used these guys to get an Ohme EV charger fitted. The service from first contact to invoice was spot on. The home survey for the install was easy to use and only took 20 minutes. Great advice on chargers and they clearly know the equipment. Fitting was clean, quick and professional. Michael’s hand over was excellent with running through how to use and even advice on use with the car concerning locking and unlocking. Good experience from a good local company. Definitely recommend.

OVERALL EXEMPLARY SERVICE Scott and Sammy from Jolt Charging installed my OhMe home charging point and right from the very beginning they were excellent. Punctual, competent and efficient. In addition, the product looks great and there is no unsightly cabling in view at all. I’m chuffed with the results and can’t fault the pair of them at all.

Martin was very helpful, and supportive while I was enquiring about different types of EV chargers and installation quotations. I have received a free EV charger and installation from the car lease company so the deal didn't go ahead with Jolt but I will keep them in mind whenever I need an EV charger in the future.

So pleased with the Wallbox installation Michael completed yesterday. He arrived on time, explained the process, advised where the unit would fit best, talked through the installation and got on with what was needed really quickly. He helped with setting up the mobile App and talked through how to use the charger, set up timed sessions etc. Michael’s guidance was very clear and unhurried. I’d highly recommend.
