Had a Zappi charger fitted by Joltify after going through the Myenergi website. Impressed with the service from start to finish. The engineer (Michael) was excellent, recommending a different (less conspicuous) route for the cables once he saw the site, also rectified the bonding which was found to not be up to scratch and wasn't discussed prior to the visit at no additional cost.

Michael (the engineer) arrived during the allotted time. He installed the charger efficiently in a timely fashion, very clean and tidy. He took time to fully explain how the thing worked and gave an excellent service. Very impressed.

Order and installation were hassle free. Installation was within a few weeks of confirming order and the fitter Michael turned up as scheduled and proceeded with the job. He explained the charger and how it worked and helped with setting up the app. He also demonstrated on the vehicle how to use the device. Altogether a trouble free experience!

Following an enquiry through MyEnergi I received three quotes. Jolt were the only company to contact me directly to confirm my requirements rather than just providing a general email response. Installation was arranged and the engineer (Scott Godfrey) did a great job installing the Zappi and integrating it into an existing Eddi/Harvi installation.

My installer, Scott Godfrey, did an absolutely stellar job with the install; he was very quick, tidy and did very professional work. He was very knowledgeable both about the charger and the use of EVs / solar etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jolt to anyone looking for a quality install.

Our engineer Scott Godfrey arrived dead on time, fitted the Zappi charger, and linked it to our PV solar system. Because we had two separate PV arrays he consulted with the Zappi technical team to achieve the best set-up. The finished set-up is incredibly neat and works perfectly achieving everything we wanted. He was tidy, polite and explained everything as he went along. I would reommend Jolt Ltd to anyone. I would recommend they consider expanding theri business into solar batteries where installers are difficult to find

Michael did an excellent job fitting our Zappi home charger. He explained everything clearly and did a great job. He was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgable and tidy. But michael, you did leave your gilet hanging on our bannister. You are welcome to pop in any time to collect it!

After a fair bit of research went with jolt. Very good initial engagement and conversation. Martin, one of the owners was happy to spend time explaining the options for our combined solar and grid energy provisions. They do not ask for payment until job is done. Scott who came to fit the charger was polite, efficient and tidy. Very good experience

I had Jolt to install our Ohme kit in West London on Thursday 14 May. Michael was the engineer. Fantastic experience. Michael was on time and patient throughout when I asked many questions (first time for me). He did his job quietly and efficiently as I was WFH on conference calls. We went through everything at the end. My Tesla will arrive in June so hopefully the kit works as described but the experience from Jolt was excellent. They did everything they promised. They also did not charge any money upfront - you pay afterwards and only if you’re happy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Today I had my Zappi charger installed by Scott.I found Scott to be very knowledgeable of the product and very approachable when I asked him questions. But above all he made an excellent job of the installation, which was not as straight forward as your normal install. Arrived on time, did a very neat job. Also did a good job explaining the features and functions, including installing the app and pairing it to the Zappi. There was some extra writing required to bring the system up to spec, all done without fuss.
