Simple process to arrange the installation and then very efficient and friendly installation by Scott Godfrey this morning. Much better than the complex process I started with a big national installer, and then abandoned out of frustration! And they wanted payment up front without a guaranteed installation date - unlike Jolt.

Jolt Ltd have a very good customer services who were helpful in getting the Ohme EV charger installed in time before we get our car. Mr Scott Godfrey installed our Ohme charger. Came on time and went through the whole process in detail before installing. Finally explained to us about the App and how to set it up when we get our car. Too early to comment on after services

We were referred to Jolt through Ohme as their trusted partner and they were without doubt the right choice for EV charger installation. Martin (co-owner) was so, so helpful. We got a quote through very quickly advising me of all the things I'd need in place ready to qualify for the OLEV discount. Jolt dealt with all of that too so I just paid less upfront and Jolt claimed the grant back themselves. Very handy! Scott (our engineer) arrived exactly as planned and was superb. Really friendly and accommodating and explained the whole process clearly. The job took longer than he'd expected but he stayed until he was completely satisfied that everything was up and running. He ran through the App with me and made sure that I was happy using it. He cleared up afterwards and left everything exactly as he'd found it. I can't recommend Scott highly enough! Finally the invoice came through promptly and was exactly as discussed. Jolt are an excellent company, honest, reliable, knowledgeable and overall great value. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of getting and EV charger installed.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Martin patiently explained all the options to me, before recommending the Ohme Pro2 charger. Scott installed the unit very well & was pleasant throughout. We had a small problem with the security lights (which Jolt could not have anticipated). Scott came back the next day & fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Highly recommended

Scott came to install our Ohme charger. I was nervous because the cabling had to be run through the house and out given the location of our electricity supply. Needn't have worried - Scott did an amazing job. You wouldn't know the cabling was there and everything was done with a fantastic attention to detail and obvious pride in the work. Cannot recommend Scott and the rest of the Jolt team highly enough!

Martin and team installed a Zappi (EV charger) and Eddi (solar diverter to run immersion heater). Installation was efficient and on-time. I had a question which necessitated a return visit and was cleared up (nothing wrong with the system). I then found that the water heating was not working. Martin sent another electrician over to fix the problem at no extra cost. Customer service has been excellent. The EV installation was neat and tidy. I highly recommend Jolt if you need an EV charging point.
