When I read the previous reviews, I thought these guys must be amazing so I went with them. From the initial discussions, explanations, completing the pre-installation questionnaire, it was all seamless. When on site, the professionalism, manner in which they explained to me what they would be doing and the best options for the cabling, siting of the charger. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to fit the charger.

I found Joltify to be an excellent company to do business with - they were the only company to offer a fixed price quotation for the supply & fitting of my Zappi EV charger. Joltify's own electrician, Scott, fitted the charger. He was very knowledgable, explained the installation options prior to starting work and did a neat & professional job. The communication from Joltify both before & after the installation has been great. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Joltify fitted a new car charger for us following the purchase of an electric vehicle. I received a call from Tom in the office on the same day I requested a quote via the car charger company (they are approved installers). Tom was extremely professional and asked me a series of questions to formalise a quote. I received the quote around an hour later. Thank you Tom. On the day of the install, Joltify sent two engineers. Both awesome people! They found an issue with the previous installation of the consumer unit, and explained that they would have to carry out some extra work as a result. They called an additional engineer to speed up the process, as they were conscious that I may be without power in the house, and my two young children were present. The team spent a full day carrying out the works, were extremely professional, very polite, kept me informed of the progress and power-downs and (as you would expect based on the rest of the review) cleaned up fully. I can't make this any clearer - this is the company you want to use for installation works, and I am not surprised at all that they are approved installers for Ohme chargers (who now have the contract for all Volkswagen-Audi-Skoda vehicles). I had great service from Joltify from start to finish. I received a call to ask if I had any questions after receiving my quote. I did (a mate in the industry advised me what to ask) and they were answered clearly and it gave me a lot of confidence ahead of ordering my first EV charger. Booking a date was easy and confirmed by email and I received a helpful guide to make sure all my earthing strips were in place before the fitting. Scott G arrived on the day and was really helpful, explaining what he was doing and discussing the siting options for the charger with me. He did a really neat job, cleaned up afterwards, and made sure he showed me how the charger works, taking me through the use of the associated phone app in detail. The Joltify team were fantastic every step of the way. The job required installing an EV charger in our garage which is located behind our terrace house 50m from the electrical source at the front of the house. This involved a fairly tricky run along the garden and through the house. Scott came out to survey the site and very quickly and confidently made a suitable plan of action. Then on the day of install it was a breeze. Tom, Scott and Michal worked tirelessly to complete the work in a single day without any issue. I honestly couldn't have asked for more. From quote to completion, I felt that the service provided was really good. Knowledgable and responsive too. I had a fuse board to be upgraded and moved and a TV to be wall mounted with a socket to be installed behind it. Very happy with the result and definitely recommend. They had to reschedule the second day of works due to illness but let me know asap and we rescheduled for a few days later when convenient to me. So can’t fault any of the work or service. Michael who did the work was professional, cleaned up after himself and found solutions to little problems that cropped up along the way :-). Thank you Joltify !

I spent over a week trying to get in contact with an installer, to install a myenergi Zappi. Out of the 10 – 12 companies I either rang or emailed, I received 4 responses - 3 by emails to give a quote. It was only Martin from Joltify who called me. We spent over 30 minutes on a video call going through my requirements and asking questions. Scott arrived on the day we agreed. In short he was brilliant, he confirmed everything, that was required, after finishing the work and tidying up, he spent a long time going through how the system worked and how to use the app. I have no hesitation in recommending Joltify.
