I will like to give a 0 star if possible. There is a significant lack of customer service. I requested a return the day that I received an item and I chatted with the customer service and was told that the label will be sent in a few hours, days go by and i the never received the label , now I’m unavailable to send the item back for a couple of weeks as I’m on holiday and they are forcing me to keep the item . Prabhat told me that is nothing he can do , is not my fault that they haven’t sent the label timely . While all the retailers have a holiday return policy this company refuses to do anything to accommodate a very loyal customer, I even asked for a partial refund or anything if they don’t want to accommodate the return. He told me that if I reach out to my credit card company to help me return this item my account will be flagged and blocked . Probably the worst customer service ever !

EXPERIENCE WAS PERFECT BUT UNFORTUNETLY THE OFER OF HALF VALUE BACK WAS A BUMMER IT WAS NOT EXPLAIND AND NOT TRUE AS DESCRIBED . ALSO I CONTACTED THE CALL CENTER WHO PROMISED A CALL FROM MANAGMEMTN BUT NEVER RECIVED ! I RETURNED ALL MY PURCHASES RELATED TO THE OFFER

Your pricing makes absolutely no sense. You recommend the cheapest prices to me for my items when I’m selling…but then prices for the same items already listed on you site are so much higher and never get decreased! In fact, for a pair of Balenciaga sneakers I’m watching-you recently increased their price!

Very poor customer service even for the so-called VIP service. Items posted online with huge markups to the retailer meaning they cannot be sold. When you ask for the items to be returned they hold onto them with no response and take weeks to return them. Even now they are holding items I requested returned. And then charge you a penalty fee. Terrible.

Fast delivery. Accurate description

The item came the very next day after i ordered to the UK and i was amazed! The bag was just as described too. I’ve seen others in the UK complain about the customs charge but the website does tell you that you will be liable, If you want an idea how much, google is your friend! Overall I am happy with my whole experience.

I ordered a watch for them and i paid for it 4 times and they keep rejecting my payments for no reason i have provided them with all the information they asked for , bank statement, driver license my pay pal info and still after 1 month of wasting my time know they want a wire transfer this was their was their intensions to begin with so so not ever send them wire transfer they will screw you , they are a scam .
