TLC is a legit website with authentic items. They do have a store but with a very small and limited collection. Their app is the best way to shop. The delivery is fast/within the week locally. Tip would be to read the item condition & then zoom into the photos and have a good look at the item. The item condition mentioned is accurate but doesn't hurt to look. They have options for returns. If you want to sell through them, I would look around a bit as their commissions they take are very high. I would recommend them for the number of items available, authenticity & returns.

Excellent experience! Shopping on the The LC was very clear and pleasant. The delivery was monitored so I exactly new when I’ll get my order. I received it right on time. Unfortunately I had to return some of the items but also my experience with refund was very professional so I’ve made already another order:) I’ll definitely recommend TLC :)

I think the product is good but I think buyers outside of the UAE need to be made more aware of the duties and fees. Although there is a one liner that states buyers need to pick up these costs, they increased the cost of my item by 33%. I think there needs to be clearer guidance and modelling around this on the website to support purchase choices. In the meantime, prospective buyers, please do you homework to avoid a nasty surprise.

Being skeptical for a while, until I finally made my first purchase on TLC last month. Price was decent for the quality I received. Items exactly as per the description and about delivery…. Much faster than what promised.

The experience was good as usual, however I don’t understand why the card details don’t get saved and every single time I need to put them all over again. Alternatively it should be possible to pay with Apple Pay.

Customer service is great but the delivery process is very frustrating and not conducive to your work hours and have to exchange multiple messages over a week’s worth of time for them to get your delivery right. The site should have an acknowledgment/ option of signature-less delivery.
