Paid online via the app for a bag, text confirmed payment from credit card immediately and email confirmation. No goods arrived in 2 days (as per the site ad), subsequently I called them (as I had no call or subsequent email) and they said I had to provide a proof of ID such as passport or Emirates ID to prove who i was! Never heard of that in years of living in Dubai and considering the number of scams I wasn’t doing so. They insisted I did this until I said I wanted a refund and cancel my order, so eventually they sent my goods which arrived 2 days later (4 days to deliver and if I hadn’t called them, probably longer). Terrible experience.

shopping at the luxury closet is always so easy. i get my package quickly and easily. the price on the site is always the price i pay so there’s no surprises. they tell you up front that there may be extra fees based on customs, which are out of their control.

FALSE ADVERTISING AND FRAUDLUENT ACTIVITY: I tried purchasing a piece of jewelry during a sale. They had the wrong price and cancelled my order (illegal/false advertising per the FTC) without telling me, then they charged my card days afterward. Contacting my credit card company right now and I am really annoyed. Never ordering from this shady company again.
