As seen in these photos, the code of the product sold is clear and my conversations with the employees are also attached. There is a huge difference between the fee communicated to me and the price reflected. I still haven't received a single penny. I have been a victim for so long and this situation must be compensated urgently. Necessary action must be taken immediately or I will apply wherever necessary!!

There is also something there is no return or exchange in a lot of the expensive bags which is hard.

United Kingdom | 23 February 2024This has got to be one of the worst consignment companies I have ever had experience with. For the back story, I sadly had my Dior saddle bag and the most beautiful palm leaf patterned blue Dior strap stolen in November when I visited Rome. I loved my bag and I have been looking almost everywhere for a replacement for both items (2021 purchase, so neither are in stock anymore and I have struggled to find replacements in the 2nd hand market, so far). At the moment the Luxury Closet currently have a Dior saddle bag for sale on their website, which includes the palm blue strap. I have been on multiple and awful telephone calls with the company this morning, but they refuse to do anything to assist me. They refuse to contact the seller on my behalf to see whether they would be willing to sell me the strap on its own. Nor will they let me talk to a manager regarding the whole situation. They have even refused to clearly explain why these thing aren't possible. It seems to me, like they either do not even have the item they have listed on their website and the whole company is a scam - or they simply have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. ** edit in response to their reply ** You clearly are not quite understanding that the strap and the bag are two separate items from Dior, it is a 2021 Dior saddle bag. These bags did not include a strap. The retail value of the strap itself was approx £1300. So it is actually only you as a consignment company that are refusing to contact the seller to see if they would sell the strap separately. As they would have purchased the strap separately originally. It is only you that is deciding that it is an inclusion item. Therefore you should be able to offer assistance to me. I will not delete my review. I’ve also tried to contact your personal shoppers to ask for more photos of the bag and strap for purchase and I still haven’t received any photos. I contacted the first time over a week ago. Which only confirms my suspicions that you are in fact a scam.

Suddenly they told me there was a technical error in the original quotation, and they could only offer around AED 270. I rejected their new quotation and told them to return the item. They told me it's sold, and they can't return it. I threatened to complain to the UAE's Consumer Protection Bureau. They backtracked and said they would offer me a higher amount around AED 400. When I accepted, and demanded they payout, they never replied. And started to ignore all my messages.

After I deposit the items they started to ignore what’s app and emails . They never deposit any money and never responded to me again. And they sold the items . Basically a fraud . Be aware and do not fall for this tramp.

United States | 15 February 2024Good pricing, but what they don’t tell you is that they are based out of Dubai.. and if you are not in Dubai you get a shipping notice and then a notice from DHL that you have to pay the duty fees on your purchase. If you don’t, you don’t get it.. NOWHERE does this site tell you this so get ready to pay additional fees. Bad business… should be disclosed prior to purchasing. I could have paid the same in the US and received it earlier without the fees.

The Luxury Closet puts a restriction on rerouting the delivery to an authorized pickup location, and I am usually not home when UPS/Fedex want to deliver. So, once again, receiving my package is a hassle.

I did place the same order paying with a card but the amount debited via PayPal is still not refunded. Everytime I send an email to request a refund I have a different person answering and requesting different information. Very poor issue resolution

United Kingdom | 02 February 2024AVOID!!! I bought an item from the UK site. It was not clear that this item was shipped from overseas. The item was delivered no issues. A week later, I received multiple calls from DHL to say I owed customs, and that the item I ordered had come from Dubai. Had I known that the item was coming from overseas I would have expected a charge and probably wouldn't have ordered. Unlike other luxury second had resellers, it was not clear where the item was coming from. There was no mention that the goods were coming from Dubai, and as the UK site was Luxurycloset.co.uk I believe this to be very missleading. I contested this with DHL, who contacted luxury closet, and luxury closet have not responded to multiple emails. Furthermore, I paid £136 for my item, which was discounted from £170 due to a voucher. Luxury closet declared £170 as the value of the goods, so not only am I being chased for customs, I am being chased for more than I actually paid proportionately. To be clear, I have ordered items from similar sites, such as Vestiaire or ReSee, and they make clear where the goods are coming from, and when and how to expect a charge. This is paid BEFORE the goods are delivered. When DHL called me for money, they didn't even know themselves where the company was from. Appalling service, not worth the money or hassle, and in my opinion deliberately misleading
