United Arab Emirates | 22 January 2024They sell fakes. Be aware of what you’re buying and authenticate items that you’d want to buy from them. I was sent 2-3 times clearly fake shoes and I have highlighted to them that they are selling fakes but they did not remove such items from sale. They still have under sold items clearly fake shoes that I pointed to them they’re fake. Update: The complaint was that the shoes are fake because of the obvious low quality. They still proceeded to sell such items as authentic and disregarded all proof that they’re selling fakes. I can still see in the sold section clearly fake items, if you need further proof. Also, the refund took many weeks.

I also am convinced that they are not authentic because they are relatively new, yet Gucci stamp on sole and heel isn't well imprinted. Customer service was rude and not quick to respond. I will not purchase through this website again and will look to Tradesy or Real Real.

New Zealand | 13 January 2024EDIT: Luxury Closet’s response to my review indicates that they never read the details of my review. This sums up well every interaction I had with them. I wasn’t complaining about having to pay customs duty. I was complaining about having to pay much more in duty than I should have due to their numerous mistakes which they refused to fix. ----- - They submitted incorrect import paperwork which they refused to fix. The package couldn’t get customs clearance because they needed to provide the New Zealand address of the company they use for imports in their paperwork, not their overseas address. They refused to fix this. After a week of the package sitting in transit not being able to get to customs, I ended up having to correct Luxury Closet’s paperwork myself after DHL sent me a copy of it to me. - Because of the delay above, the customs charge increased by $80 as I was charged a storage fee. This could have been avoided if Luxury Closet did not submit incorrect information, or if they had moved quickly to fix it. - They have a policy of quoting the full non-discounted price on the customs paperwork, not the price paid which is the correct price that should be quoted in most countries. This means that the customs fee (which the customer pays as a separate charge) is much higher than what it should be. I asked them to change the paperwork to include the price paid but they refused, even though they were in the wrong. - Overall, I should have been charged a customs fee of about 15% of the purchase price. In the end the customs charge came to almost 50% of the price paid due to the wrong price being quoted on their paperwork and due to the storage fee I had to pay for the delays caused by them not including the New Zealand address of their importer. - The bag arrived in good condition and the overall concept is good. However, their customer service is terrible. I have seen complaints dating back years about them quoting the undiscounted price rather than the price paid on customs paperwork. They are aware of the problem so it baffles me they haven’t done anything to fix it.

United States | 11 January 2024Updated 1/11: I saw the reply from LC on Trustpilot on 1/11. I further checked my spam box and found a reply sent on 1/4. (I emailed CS on 1/5 and 1/8 to follow up as I didn't realized the reply went to the spam box. However CS never replied my two inquiries on 1/5 and 1/8) In the reply, the team said the Loewe puzzle bag has been produced way back in 2015, there could be variation depends on the year produced. I would like to highlight that the bag in my order is not a classic puzzle style but a puzzle edge style. That style only started in 2021. As per the stamp on the bag, it was made in May 2021. The authentic puzzle edge I used for comparison was made in June 2021 so there shouldn't be any color difference between the two bags. Also, 2021 was the first season when the puzzle edge was made, there shouldn't be any "other similar color" existed for that style at that time. The response from the team reflect they are lack of knowledge on the brand. Further more, it can't twist the truth that the bag was checked by two other parties and both said the bag is a counterfeit. However LC hasn't not provide any solution up to this moment. ------------------------------------------------------------- Original review: I have been waiting for a week but still haven't heard back from the customer service. Not sure if I just got ghosted..... I received a Loewe puzzle bag on 1/2 and realized some issues which made me concerned about the authenticity of the bag. I have several authentic puzzle bags, one even in the same color as the one purchased from LC -- made in the same season but just in a different size. When I compared the bags I could see the bag from LC has lots of variations from all other bags I have. It also came with a dust bag with uneven stitches, and it was sewn differently with different material. I contacted customer service right away (within 1-3 hours after the delivery). CS replied the next day (1/3) and said they would investigate and get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. Until now (1/10) I still haven't heard back from them. I did follow up with CS on 1/5 and 1/8 but never got a reply. Meanwhile, I submitted the bag to a third party for authentication. The result confirmed the bag is a counterfeit. I have submitted a case to PayPal yesterday(1/9) and ask for resolution. I am waiting for update from both LC and PP at this moment. ** Added on 1/11 -- I submitted the bag to two different authentication on 1/9 and 1/10 and both said the bag is a counterfeit. And keep in mind that the import surcharge from LC tends to be much higher than other merchants. I purchase from Europe quite often, and I had paid no more than $200 duty fee for a $2000 bag. This time the duty fee costed around 20% of the price of the bag. I checked the duty calculator and it showed the duty was only 4 to 5%. I am not sure if because LC use different shipment term for import clearance. If adding up all costs, it sounds much better to just purchase from US. Most US merchants have friendly return policy, and more important, you won't lose hundreds dollars of duty fee you paid when you return the order (even it's because of merchant' fault).

THEY DON'T PAY MY MONEY. THEY DO NOT OFFER THE JACKET FOR SALE. THE ONLY ANSWER I HAVE RECEIVED FOR 2 MONTHS IS WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN 24-48 HOURS. WE WILL FIND A SOLUTION. BUT THERE IS NOT A SINGLE SOLUTION THEY FOUND! EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY WILL COME BACK AFTER 24-48 HOURS, THEY DO NOT CALL BACK. THEY DON'T FIND A SOLUTION. THEY OFFICIALLY SEIZED MY CHANEL JACKET. THEY CONTINUOUSLY WRITE TO YOU AND ANSWER YOUR MESSAGES UNTIL YOU SEND THE PRODUCT TO THEM. BUT THEY DISAPPEAR AFTER THEY RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. THIS IS OFFICIALLY SCAM! I WANT MY MONEY TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY! YOU CAN'T KEEP MY JACKET FOR 2 MONTHS! YOU WILL COVER MY DAMAGES AND PAY MY MONEY! YOU WILL PAY ME $1500! I saw my exact same bag to the T on Poshmark by a well known vendor who has been in magazines they were selling for over $1000 more!!! I saw some reviews and complaints about duty and customs fees, but when you’re paying pennies for what you would purchase here in the states for $1000 or more why complain!!!!
