My last order had to be cancelled because delivery person just left my order in the mail box without even asking me first if he can leave my order. I’m out of dubai 90% of the times and he caused me so much issues that is unbearable! This is the main reason I will never ever order from them in the future! Be mindful when it comes to delivery or pick up and be ready for a lot of headaches. The stuff they are selling are really good and the prices are good but just because of delivery services I will never ever order again! In the last 6 months their delivery service gave me more headache than anyone else!

This Co is an unethical fraudulent company. They are international and work on the own rules of "Disclosure". I purchased a purse and thought it was a good deal until I received a COD freight notice for $150 just to receive a shipment of a small purse. It was outrageous as I was not aware of this charge during checkout. Ethical business practice should mean disclosing shipping costs or estimates at checkout. When I filed a complaint all they kept saying is they do not know how much shipping fees are, and therefore cannot provide that information during checkout. It's their escape goat for not being honest about the "Total Fees" for the purchase. It's outrageous and unethical and their customer service department continues to preach about providing service when all they did was not solve my problem nor acknowledging their error for not providing freight fees or estimates in their check out. Do not purchase from them or you'll get hit with an outrageous Freight delivery fee at the very last minute That are hundreds of dollars added to your purchase.

This is my second review for TLC. Just because their service is so good, even with returns. They make it simple and personal. I have so many issues when it comes to returns. It takes forever or you have to fight to get your money back. With TLC their service across the board is fantastic and professional. It's a pleasure dealing with them

The product’s quality is good in my experience but few things made my shopping quite disappointing. Customer service on their wats app is not as helpful as they could and very harsh!! My last purchase I had to pay a lot of duty to deliver to UK!!!

Tried purchasing shoes! When attempting to pay won't accept credit card payment or Paypal unless I pay a $123 fee to do so!! Not one response to my multiple emails! I gave up! Despite unsubscribing, I keep getting emails about missing out shoes that TLC won't accept payment for!

Shoes were delivered fast and as described ‘good condition ‘ was more like good- excellent condition .. there was very little flaws that you could see and I will be buying from Luxiry closet again.
