She has kept in touch with me and responded in a timely manner despite at times when I haven't bought any items Mirna dedication and superior service has made me choose your store. The company is great with their services, items are well packaged and delivered on time and returned items are refunded in no time.the only reason am giving a 4 star is because they don't include taxes in your purchase which makes it a little difficult for the customers.

Made a purchase was easy enough but unfortunately for certain brands in shoes I take different size due to cuts and with no fail I did it twice 😬 but luxury closet handled the return with ease and professionally. I was a little nervous at first… But then I loved it!! First time buyer, bag came quick for being shipped overseas, and very nicely packaged, looked even better than the pictures. Felt very clean and looked well taken care of. Very happy with my purchase and have been having lots of fun showing it off!!

TLC is not refunding the returned items!!! I was not checking with every single return and lately I discovered that they don’t refund the money even after waiting for a long time… After I contacted them, they said they had technical issues and they promised to refund but I just received a small payment which is nothing to do with the real amount… I believe that The luxury Closet robbed my money and I will escalate this… Be careful of this Company!!! Not honest at all!!!!

Good app to buy from but not to sell as you can fined some really good deals. They are supposed to take 35% enstead they took more than 60% in some cases. I call them twice and had no call back as promised.

I sold two pairs of shoes via The Luxury Closet. When they were suppose to pay for my shoes, they claimed to have paid it via my bank, but when I check with my bank they didn’t pay. When I enquired about my money, they kept on making excuses about my payment. I still haven’t received that money until today.
