I love the bag ! The ad stated it was in good condition but to my surprise it was excellent ! Fast shipping from Dubai However what I wasn't told is after it shipped the delivery service messaged and said i owed an additional $178 for shipping which i thought was included in the entire price, because it didn't state otherwise

Dishonest item condition, with no return policy , the bag came without keys and the padlock is locked, the reply I received is “ Please note that, inclusion are The Luxury Closet Packaging and Padlock. If keys were there we would have added them among the inclusions. Also, the functionality of the bag is not affected by the lack of keys.“ not fair and not clear, at least mention the fact padlock is locked and no key’s available, which actually is a defect , or make a better return policy, first and last purchase for me ,
