It is an overall wonderful store. I have been ordering from TLC (way too many times already) since 2021. It's a great shop with a large selection of luxury items with reasonable prices and good offers. Their services from the ones who maintain the website, the chat support folks up to the logistics team are satisfactorily nice (specifically the delivery professionals: Joao and Rose Ann - they are extremely polite, accommodating and amazing at customer service. I hope they never get tired of going back and forth to deliver my items in AJ). I am pleased to be a regular customer of this shop. Kudos to the entire TLC team!

I am shopping with this company since last 10 years & satisfied with the service provided & also very prompt. But I recommend the company to provide more variety & bring new things for sale to customers.

I had a returned item in my last purchase and the system made it easy for me to process it. They sent me an email regarding pick-up details a day after I initiated the action. The only flaw they had was that I did not receive an email regarding receipt of the returned item and no follow up email regarding the refund (which is important) although they had already mentioned it during the pick-up detail.

Item not as described,smelly which was not stated on the listing.The luxury Closet offer a return however do not acknowledge the non refundable customs tariff involved that one incurs,not to mention the time wasting and inconvenience to which they deflect and do not even apologize! Listing practises need addressing!

Honestly the best ever

The first experience was poor insofar as my first purchase and I used Top Cashback as a referral. I should have been awarded 6.8% of a circa £600 purchase. TLC decided only 99pence was payable against this order. That is a Circa £600 purchase with a further £140 worth of import charges on top. THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF CASHBACK WAS NOT AWARDED. SEE MY EMAIL. TLC argued that the purchase amount was £15.24 when I raised a complaint as my missing claim raised was for £526. The amount awarded to me was 99pence of the total purchase price as a cashback reward. THE PURCHASE AMOUNT OF MY FIRST ORDER WAS NOT £15.24.

Fantastic! Truly one of the best experiences with online purchasing. I purchased this on a Friday and on Tuesday it was already in my house!! I was low-key impressed? Never seen anything this quick. I ordered a pair of gorgeous Miu Miu flats that were so well-priced and in pristine condition. The item was as described - pristine, with wrapping paper, and all protected. So satisfied with my experience! Will be buying more from this phenomenal website.
