فريق التواصل كان مدهشا و في قمة الذوق و الاحترافيه فقد قاموا بتوصيل المنتج في الوقت المناسب لي ؛ اشكر جهودهم المبذوله. للاسف المنتج الذي اشتريته لم يكن على قدر الوصف ؛ فلقد اشتريت حذاء من عندكم ولم يكتبوا في الوصف ان الجلد يتقشع و عند ارتدائي للحذاء بدا الجلد يتقشع و يلطخ قدمي و ساقي ومن ثم ملابسي !! على متجركم ان يصف المنتج كما هو و يعطي تفاصيل كامله و دقيقه والا مصداقيتكم ستخسرونها!

I can’t say that I have any positives worth recording other than that the item arrived in good time. The customer service was polite but their effort to atone was not enough. Negatives are plenty: 1.I didn’t like that the price changed to dollars from British pounds when you went through to payment. 2. The company are not honest enough on the duty & tax that you are likely to pay, they must know & should give customers a clear indication of how much more it’s going to cost, I had to pay an additional 30% !!!! I would not have even considered the purchase had I known this. I didn’t like that it did not have a cellophane bag around it & I didn’t like their own dust bag it arrived it plus the box wasn’t quite big enough & the bag was slightly crushed at both ends. The bag itself was as expected but the price tag for a ‘not new’ product was far too high & adding the 30% tax just made it a disappointing purchase. I certainly would not recommend anyone from the UK using this company.

The 2 issues I have with this website are 1) they don't specify location of item, and 2) they use DHL. It is impossible to see where an item is located when you buy it on this website so although it says the price is inclusive of all duties and taxes, they use DHL to send it and DHL requests a huge customs and VAT charge before delivering, that is when you realise the item is not located in the UK.
