Basically useless! Even the below response has nothing to do with the original problem! It’s like all my complaints in more than 7 calls and all their promises to get back to me didn’t even happen! Completely ignoring the topic as if it never happened!

SCAM! Do not purchase anything from this company! I made a purchase combined with shipping of about 5K and never received my items. The shipping company forged my signature, and I have been dealing between the Luxury Closet and DHL on this matter, and it was concluded that the case is closed. I did not sign off on my items and still never received them. Luxury Closet is another scam, and do not trust them.

Great pieces with good prices, authenticity and fast delivery

Completely disappointed as a seller on this app , I have had placed above 7 luxury brand new items , above 200 days before , When I sign up agreement and place my items I agreed on price and items refund within 6 month , in case if it will be not sold out , it was acceptable for me , as long as I have another ways of selling and another platforms . Now I am checking website and my items places for 30 dollars pay out , Above that I see that now refund items it will be not free and it have to pass 365 days before I can refund it , so I did not agreed not on those prices not on those refund conditions ! I sign up agreement which have to be hold by company and my side . This is absolutely not acceptable, to provide some another conditions , if I did not sign for it . If from the beginning it will be so , I would not place it at this platform because it is not suitable for me neither condition neither pay out . I start to have opinion that my items was taken or resell by owner of this company somewhere else for 10 time more price . It is very easy to place brand new luxury item for 30 dollars and take it- great business, but this is not a deal for me . I send emails for your official email And I live in Dubai , and I don’t need to pay for delivery of my items for one piece 20 dollars sorry I can come by my own and take it back from wear house in worse case . Because I did not agreed on any of those conditions it is absolutely not acceptable! Tomorrow there will be new rule created where my items will be gifted or something and I have also to accept ? No sorry . Moreover in their website it is written that all items will be place on competitive price - when I check my items and prices on line in any sale platform it is 4 or even 5 time more then what website place . Have completely disappointed experience hopefully to have to be resolve soonest .
