This is the language they included when I placed the order (then subsequently refused to issue a refund despite multiple emails to their customer service department): What if I want to return/exchange the order once received? The worst experience ever, dont trust those people, they sont know the minimum standards of costumer satisfaction wither buying or selling experience, their group of what they call experienced staff are nothing, they sold me A view LV sneaker as pristine, the rubber is sticked in with a glue, each pair of the shoes has different size, when i took the sneaker to LV dubai mall they said this is fake and there is no track if this shoes being sold worldwide at any if their stores.. if you want a good experience gonto the real real, fashionphile, or vestairre collective but never with the luxury closer

I’ve ordered a few handbags from The Luxury Closet and have always been delighted with my purchases. I like how you can see the condition of the bags in the many detailed photos. Delivery is very quick. I do wish they had a return policy because there might be fault that’s not in the photos but I’m still a happy customer, I’m just much more choosy now.

I've been a TLC customer since 2017 and bought very good pieces at good price. Since then I have noticed an improved customer experience, although sometimes conditions of items and sizes are not accurate. More details on measurements can be provided, also in cm. Delivery service is fast and reliable, same as returns and refunds.

I made an order on Sunday from UK and received on Wednesday! Didn’t expect the rapidly shipping. Bought a miumiu sweater, I actually have an exact same sweater before but it’s water damaged, I therefore have to search online to seek an secondhand one, just because I really like the sweater! until I found the same one with my size on this website. I am very happy about this purchase. With an amazing price ( I guess with 80% off compares to the price I bough before), and the sweater is exactly same as the one I had before! Though have a little wearing sign but it’s reasonable. Yeah! I will shop more from the luxury closet afterwards.

I like that i have the opportunity go buy nice bags and they are always delived nicely packed etc.. Just one bag i bought though really had such a bad smell that i can even use it. It makes me feel sick! No matter how much the value if a bag or even how much a owner pays for it- smells on the bag render it useless and unwanted.

El bolso muy bonito pero lamentablemente solo tienen un único servicio de mensajería, DHL, que a parte de las tasas de aduanas te cobran una tarifa por la gestión de la administración. En mi caso, el bolso costaba 166€ y tuve que pagar Tasas aduanas 41.86€ (Lo cual contaba con ello y estaba dispuesta a pagar) + Administración de derechos de importación (Tarifa extra de DHL por hacer la gestión de aduanas) 45.38€ Un total de 87.24 extra. Más de la mitad del precio total del bolso que había comprado. Lo que mas me molestó es que The luxury closet no te da un precio aproximado de las tasas ni tampoco te informa de la tarifa extra de DHL. Tampoco tiene otra opción de mensajería... solo trabajan con DHL. Probablemente no vuelva a comprar con ellos si no son capaces de darte un precio total más transparente.

Mirna is the best Sales representative I have ever come across in my life. She personally went out of the way to deliver an item within 24 hours over the weekend. She made it a priority and ensured a timely delivery. I truly was blown away and am soo impressed by her customer service and professionalism. Luxury closed is extremely lucky to have such a Fantastic employee.

I want to say how impressed I was with this company. I have purchased many luxury bags over the years through different sites. The bag came beautifully wrapped and protect it. It came with a dust bag that was not mentioned in the description. It came quickly! I had a few concerns when the bag arrived it had a very very tiny crack, the white was slightly yellowed, and there was a perfume scent. This was not listed in the description. The bag was more beautiful than the listing and well worth the money I paid for it and then some. This company immediately responded to my concerns. They sent me a certificate of authenticity that I asked for. They gave me a cash rebate for the discrepancy. Even with the few small things I described above this bag was still worth double what I paid for it. The people were so nice to deal with I will be purchasing again. I've referred this company to all my clients!

I have given my Brand New Frederique Constant Turquoise Titanium Highlife year of 50th Limited Edition Men's 41 mm wristwatch to this company to sell, which I did accepted their pricing offer for giving them 30% of service charge on total of AED39950 this watch's original price. On 10-January-2023, they have sold my watch to the USA client and received the payment as well on that day. When I called them on 12-January request for my payment they said needs this goods get received by the buyer & make sure the watch is ok then after 3 days they will process the payment. Fair enough for them to say so I waited. On 18-January-2023, the buyer received the watch as per they're staff told me on the phone. So I was looking for to get the payment after 21-January. I have rang the company 3 times to requested the payment, but their staff called me yesterday 23-Jan saying they will not make the payment until 20-Febuery. This is truly unacceptable. I am the owner of the goods, not your company. I already have paid you for 30% of the your service charge which almost AED6000. So, when your company received the full amount of the goods from the buyer, you should just take off your charges and release the payment back to me immediately. That is how business should be doing in a honour and professional way. But, now their still trying to hold MY MONEY is NOT RIGHT AT ALL. Two recently call I had with them are extremely terrible. Their staff didn't even want to take the note as I request to pass on to their management. And also their management did not return my call after I requested 3 times. They're totally trying to avoid this payment which I should be received after they got the fund from the buyer. This trade attitude are unacceptable and not trustworthy for anyone to give them the trust to sell their product. It is very doggy the way of their dealing. No one should deserve this kind of service! Hope everyone be aware of this!
