Great customer support, prices and collection however, payouts takes 45-60 days, their commission is extremely high which makes it impossible to sell your items unless you go down to a throw away price and, their promotions are tricky as well as their Make-an-Offer option.

Good quality and quick delivery

The Luxury Closet didn't accept one of my items but yet didn't return it. It's been over a month. They keep telling me my issue will be resolved in 24 hours every time I contact them and then they disappear. Why are they keeping my item if they won't consign it and why am I begging them to return it? They're either thieves or the owners are using the item personally. Do NOT trust them. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. They're so quick to collect the item but then never return it/

I have tried several times to reach out to them but not once have they responded to my emails to them. Just today I tried to call and do a chat with them. I received my order from them today but there was no paperwork that stated my item is authentic. I paid over a $1000.00 for a LV wallet that matches my LV purse. I am afraid now that item is fake. I have no clue how to pursue this matter. Any ideas out there?

Authentic luxury bag at a good price and shipping times were reasonably quick. Bag came well packaged, will shop again!

I was disappointed with a recent purchace from TLC. The pictures and description of the bag did not correspond to the actual item. The bag was much older and I have asked if they could accept the return, because cleary there was discrepancy between the description on the website and the bag I have received. The customer service asked me for pictures which I provided and still despite the evidence they refused to take the bag back.

I purchased a bag from The Luxury closet. Received a tax bill from DHL and am now receiving another Tax bill from The State of California. I will have to pay duty taxes twice. There is no savings here. TLC is doing nothing but meaningless emails that state that they are not responsible for the bill, lots of meaningless words in emails stating they are not responsible, DHL is now calling the duty tax a "processing fee" so I will have to pay twice. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE LUXURY CLOSET> Their practices are not fair.

The company has humiliated me and "shouted at me" when I have exercised my right not to agree on terms which were forced upon me. I asked to be relieved from the terms, but all the company said I was welcome to walk away and leave my money for them. I consider company is cheating me and on top of that wanted to steel my money simply by cutting it off. No terms were given at the time of the purchase, invoice did not state the discounts and terms.
