I have ordered from the website many times and have had lovely experiences. I was able to recently get my hands on a dream Dior saddle, and it was so resonably priced. Shipping was very fast and the bag is in such great condition. I couldn't be happier!

Don't believe anything their site says. They completely mislead and deceive their promotions. Customer service doesn't answer questions and stops responding. Expect aa generic response like you can see on all their follow up comments to negative reviews. They are not interested in resolving anything as long as they got their money. They do not honor promotions, have yet to give my ~$700 cashback that they promised. In addition, they don't tell you terms/conditions when purchasing, and advertise false deals. After you purchase, they may then add conditions. Very untrustworthy, very misleading, deceptive, and don't honor what they say. Be very very cautious. Please don't make any big purchases through them, incredibly risky!

I bought 3 bags and the site took me to check out and I paid. However it showed that I had no pending purchases, I contacted them and they said they'd refund, and that there was an error in the system. I ordered again but same thing.. till now- 2months later; no bags received and no refund.. So they literally STOLE my money

Horrible! And untrustworthy. Sold my bulgari bag which was priced at 500$ at 52$ and never paid me.. neither did they pay me another amount that they owed me. And I was a regular customer that purchased really expensive items from them. Have no idea whether these items are real or not. And don't really care anymore actually. Can't be bothered to fight them on paltry amounts. But just goes to show how untrustworthy they are. Anyway deal with them at your own risk. I'm never ever going to buy from them again.
