The service was shocking. My request to return items was ignored. I made 17 calls to get it solved and it took TWO WEEKS to get someone to call out. And even then the courier turned up at 1030 pm at night - during Ramadan and hung up on me multiple times. The staff were rude and unhelpful and the product was sub par. They are likely the worst company I have ever dealt with.

The transaction was very fast and they provide alternative payment options.

I have returned items stuck with them Since 2 months.

i reserved some items and the invoice showed a higher price that the one shown on the website (for these same items) this so-called software discrepancy makes one believe you overcharge the customers another point, if you can allow staff to have a shorter work day during the ramadan season, why can't you have some staff -even a skeleton one- on sundays, when most people are off and can easily visit your outlet?
