United Kingdom | 23 September 2020I have recently taken over a commercial property below tenement flats which is factored by James Gibb factors. I am encountering a few water ingress issues from the property above which has been a challenge as the landlords to the flat above my property are not particularly interested in the problem as there is no direct implications to there property. I have found the property manager Mark Powell extremely helpful, informative to try and resolve this issue & am hopefully to get this issue resolved soon. Also James Gibb subcontractors McGregor’s have been very helpful. Fingers crossed this is satisfactorily resolved soon.

Within a short space of time she answered my query and was very professional with it. I would like her manager to know what a great member of staff she is. United Kingdom | 03 September 2020I bought a new flat in July this year and have been trying to get hold of someone regularly since then. All I want to know is what on going maintenance works are being provided, what works are programmed and the share of repairs as they seem incorrect. I have called at least 10 times and only once managed to get through after waiting for over an hour. I was told that Annie Dunlie was my manager and that she would contact me directly, that was a fortnight ago. I have since emailed and had a simple response saying that me email was being forwarded to the relevant person. Currently I am on the phone waiting to get through to someone - anyone - hopefully. I have gone down from number 4 in the quest to number 2 in the que after 37 mins of holding. I dont believe they have only gone through 2 calls in this time. My impression of this company so far is very poor. During that time my place in the queue changed down and up. Eventually I got through to Lesley McGreish. I was so impressed with her. She listened to me, apologised for what had gone on and said she would sort it and phone me back the next morning. She did. She was so professional and lovely with it. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was due to the bad experience on the phone. Client from Inverness

United Kingdom | 24 August 2020Horrific levels of negligence and inaction over the course of 1.5 years leading to extensive water damage and deteriorating condition of a B listed building. Despite numerous attempts to push them into action private flats are now seeing serious water ingress. Despite photos, videos, emails and calls. They do as little as humanly possibly to rectify the situation. Shameful and sickening lack of compassion.

How this company is still in business is beyond belief. What is it you actually Do JG? Other than send emails about paying for services which are almost non existent. As a company you will one day have your payback. Greed greed greed Stop ripping people off and do some proper business.
