I have seen a lot of results with the Booty lifting mask try to order again but it seems it’s been discontinued as it’s not allowing me to find the item I hate when you use a product and then it’s no longer available Please advise

I have been using the Booty Plumbing Mask since mid December and i'm not seeing any positiveresults. My opinion it doesn't work, save your money.

I have my stuff that's was sent out to me It's been a week since I've been using my product. I have to give it more time to work. Because you all said it takes 2 weeks to see a rezult.I'm awake that two weeks and it text back thank you

I’ve tried quite a few eye serums and they do absolutely nothing. Not even a little bit. Literally nothing. And this one is the exact same. The ONLY eye serum that has ever worked for me is the 111Skin eye gel - but it’s $190. I guess in this case - the more expensive stuff is the way to go. I’m done with these “affordable eye creams”

Took over 4 weeks to receive. Full kit lasted a week with no long-term results. One product actually stung my skin. Would not recommend to spend your money on this and who can afford spending this amount each week.There is not much product in each jar. Waste of money feels like a scam.

I ordered my product 12 weeks ago and have not received my product. Have contacted the company, reconfirmed my address but no response from them.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the efficacy of the products. I use the glow wand on my thighs & I have definitely seen improvement and tightened skin. I’ve had a couple of shipment issues with the products but as soon as I reach out to Glow Fairy they correspond quickly and they rectify the issue. They are very easy to work with

The glow ward is crap very waxy did nothing for me

Recently purchased the eye serum, an I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. The product does not live up to its expectation. I have bags under my eyes an was hoping this would help tighten and diminish the appearance. There was absolutely no change what so ever. Definitely would not purchase or recommend this product.

I keep hearing how great the customer service is, sadly that has not been the case. I order a week ago 17th, my third order. Still no update, on the 23rd Samantha said hope to ship soon, I replied and asked when, still no reply. If you can't fulfill orders don't paste yourselves all over social media, look after returning customers first. Still on the fence if it even works, I am through onto the second tub on booty, thighs and arms and to be honest no difference. Although, I believe in consistency hence why I ordered a 3rd time but sadly hasn't been dispatched yet alone arrived, so I now have a break in this daily consistency so very disappointed Glow Fairy, get your act together!!!

I reach out to customer service because I had some more questions I needed answers for before making a purchase. Customer service was fast and their response was detail. I was able to make a purchase and happy with the results so far.

Had a terrible burning sensation on my skin asked for a refund that was refused as I had not kept the packaging was offered an exchange obviously I cannot use their products

Samantha understood the assignment provided helpful advise and when nothing came of it, she understood my frustration, mean and nasty comments and not only handled herself with decorum which I certainly did not possess at the time and then went above and beyond in scheduling a redelivery at the company's expense and cherry on top offered me a choice of a free gift as an apology and yet it was nit her company delivered! Sam needs a special mention for solving my dilemma
