En ce qui concerne la Section "Support" je donne 5 étoiles. Agréablement surprise de l'attention apportée à ma demande et le professionnalisme avec lesquels la situation a été gérée. Je donne 1 étoile concernant la livraison .... J'ai payé $33.00 pour les frais de livraison express (livraison garantie dans les 3 jours ouvrables). J'ai dû attendre 11 jours avant de recevoir ma commande malgré le fait que j'avais payé le $33.00 pour livraison Express. Toutefois, à ma grande surprise et un réel plaisir, après communication avec le Service "Support" de "The Glow Fairy' j'ai été à même de constater à quel point vous vous souciez également de la satisfaction de votre clientèle canadienne. Alors avec vos réponses, toujours rapides et courtoises à mes courriels ainsi que le remboursement de $33.00 couvrant les frais de livraison Express, vous avez regagné ma confiance jusqu'à preuve du contraire. C'est certain qu'il serait important de régler les délais de transport pour toutes livraisons au Canada et je vous remercie de vous en préoccuper. Présentement il n'y a aucune notification qui mentionne que les frais de $33.00 pour livraison express (3 jrs ouvrables) ne peuvent pas, pour le moment, s'appliquer pour le Canada mais que vous dites travailler à trouver une solution. Ce serait moins frustrant ainsi puisque les clients canadiens seraient informé et auraient le choix de commander sans utiliser, du moins pour le moment, les frais de livraison Express (livraison dans les 3 jrs ouvrables) et en sachant qu'il y aura un délai qui pourrait aller jusqu'à 10-15 jours pour livraison régulière. Cependant, il serait vraiment important de trouver une solution pour une livraison dans un délai plus raisonnable. C'est seulement une idée que je vous présente.

United States | 06 August 20248/20/2024: After repeatedly emailing the company and threatening to dispute the charge through my credit card company, they relented and reimbursed me the full amount including shipping and did not require that I return the product. Persistence does pay off. When you order from The Glow Fairy, they like to promote their 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. In that guarantee, it says "we want to make sure we back that up with a risk-free, ironclad satisfaction guarantee!! If your shopping experience is less than phenomenal (for whatever reason), we will do whatever it takes to make you not only satisfied, but thrilled about your purchases". When I contacted them about my unhappiness with a product, they apparently have conditions attached to this ironclad satisfaction guarantee. They were willing to take the item back but I would not be reimbursed for the shipping costs I had to pay upfront plus I'd have to pay for the return shipping. That would have netted me probably around $5. Needless to say, I am not thrilled about my purchase.

United States | 02 August 2024No satisfaction guaranteed and then told they will do an exchange for used product, doesn't work, also have to pay for returns a fee and shipping. Only exchange no refund although they say 30 day satisfaction guaranteed. I would not recommend.

I reached out to customer service and they made it right for me by sending a new order. I'm so grateful for such quick and positive customer service!

United States | 04 July 2024Most of these are fake reviews. They “sold out” of items that I ordered and sent me other items that I did not want to replace it. They did not reach out to me or cancel my order. On top of that, the creams are ineffective.

United States | 25 June 2024Glow Fairy I am loving these products. I have bought most of them and The Body Glow Wand is awesome. I really had crepey horrible hands, forearms and my neck was starting to show it. The glow wand has made such a difference I can’t believe it. I’ve only used one container and my hands and forearms are smooth and my neck is so much better. I’ve tried so many products and can’t believe this works so well. Have told many friends and they have ordered. Will no doubt be a lifelong customer. Thank you Michele

Checking my confirmation less than five minutes after I noticed I’d been charged for another item I did not want nor ordered— doubling the amount of sale. Contacted them within moments. The response— sorry for the inconvenience but we don’t cancel orders or change orders. In other words - you just got shafted! This is not a legit organization. What they did to me constitutes fraud. Please be very careful ordering from this organization.

I have made numerous attempts to reach someone at the company, but no phone number is available. Mutliple emails and they will not help me with this issue. It appears Glow Fairy is a fraudulent company assisting others with the hacking of accounts. Please stay away from this company!!!

United States | 16 May 2024Items still have not arrived almost a month later. Have been sent twice. Customer service IS APPALLING. I have asked for a refund more times than I can count and all I get is automated responses and empty tracking numbers. I no longer care about the product and can use from elsewhere but the fact they ignore being told a customer wants a refund is just bad/poor business practice. I don’t expect the items to ever show up nor get a refund. Won’t bother with them ever again.

And indeed. Upon arrival I noticed this is a Chinese product so nothing to do with California at all. This is as ever drop shipping / dodgy marketing. I used one of the pots and absolutely no results so please save your money and go and order high quality products for real results

United States | 29 March 2024I ordered a 3-pack of Anti-Cellulite Serum but was sent a 3-pack of Resurfacing Body Polish. Assuming this was in error, I contacted the company. They said they had discontinued the Anti-Cellulite Serum, so instead of telling me it was out of stock or giving me any kind of option, they sent me the Body Polish (a completely different product in both ingredients and application) instead. To return the Body Polish I'd have to pay for return shipping, even though it is NOT the product I ordered. Very sketchy business practice imo. Not happy with this company.

Thank you!!! Looking forward to round two of the firming creams, and under eye serum! Live that there's no hazardous chemicals in these products, and they seem to have firmed things up a bit!

This whole website and their “story” sounds like it is a complete Chinese scam out of California. Satisfaction guarantee? They said I could return it, but must pay to do that. They just want to scam the next customer. Very unhappy!!!

It worked very quickly to address dark and puffy under eyes. I have sensitive eyes that more often than not react to eye products. Glow Fairy was smooth and very soothing on my eyes … and very easy to apply! It was a winner! I tried to reorder but could not pull up an address for shipping to Canada. I contacted customer Service. Only a few moments later I received a very helpful response from Lauryn in CS. She completed a partial order for me and sent it to my email with directions on how to complete payment for the order….prompt, courteous, helpful and my order is now complete and on the way to my Canadian address! I will continue to purchase this amazing product in the future! Thank you Lauryn! You are a credit to Glow Fairy! 🙂
