My product was cracked from the shipping contact costumer service in a matter of minutes they contacted me back and replaced my product so happy with the fast respond

I had some questions about my new products and emailed customer service. I got a response faster than any other customer service has ever responded to me. Between the products and customer service, I’m hooked!

My order did not find its way to Colombia. I am not sure if it was a problem with DHL, but I wrote Glowfairy and received an immediate reply. They are very friendly and I hope glowfairy will get my package again.

I ordered the eye serum for the first time. I realized after my order was processed the coupon wasn't applied. I reached out to customer service and they responded very quickly and applied the discount to my order. I am still waiting for it to arrive, but it looks like it should be here soon.
