The serum itself is great as a moisturizer, i think it rubs in well and leaves my skin feeling smooth. It makes my skin look more youthful with a slight sheen. I cant speak for anti cellulite benefits yet, i’m only a week in. I think it might be making a difference but need more time to tell for sure. I had an issue with my order packaging, one of the bottles came damaged. Customer service was super responsive (within a business day) and satisfactorily remedied my problem quickly.

Run!! Do not purchase this product!! I’m on bottle #4 and on month 3 of use. Applied and used exactly as instructed and have yet to see any results of any kind. Unfortunately, another bogus company! I also had used 2 of the glow sticks and not only do those not last more than 2 weeks, they also do nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Customer Service😊 I had received my order and realized it was short 2 products. I emailed customer service and they promptly replied and corrected the order. Not only did they send out my products but gave me a nice coupon! Love their products and their service❤️

Lauryn's response to correcting my very first order was impressive! I made a mistake and within a few hours, received an e-mail with an up-dated (corrected) order. If the product is as good as the customer service, I will be thrilled.

I love the Glow Fairy Body Wand. This was my third time ordering and only received a partial shipment. Customer Service was great and resolved it within a matter of days.

My order was lost during shipment. Lauryn did an excellent job in responding to my concerns and replacing the shipment. I definitely will order from glow fairy again due to their customer service.
