This is my second purchase from Glow Fairy. The products are good and delivery is fast. Today I made an error in the order and emailed them immediately only to be given a prompt reply and correction on the same. Thanks Glow Fairy.

What can I say. This company went above and beyond! I won’t go into boring details, but I have never been more confident in a company to resolve an issue, resulting in a very happy customer in the end.

I haven't had an opportunity to use the cream yet but I did have an issue and had to contact customer service. They were very pleasant, professional, and resolved my issue in a very timely manner! If the cream is as good as their customer service, I will definitely consider buying again.

It didn’t work with my skin but the Glow Fairy contacted me and said they will do a refund/return. I will update this review after the refund is issued.

Got the eye repair serum for dark circles and puffiness. Does absolutely nothing. If you check Amazon they have terrible ratings. Bought this from TGF directly. Wish I had done more investigating. All sales are final too! Sham. 🙄

I bought a set of Lift & Firm booty cream and the Glow Fairy stick....even if it's just a week from the time I started using them, you could see the difference! Talking about slowly reducing my butt fatty dimples from using the booty cream! Also, my hubby started noticing a firmness on my butt cheeks hahaha. The saggy 50+ yr old butt is slowly getting back to life! hahaha Now the Glow wand: I love how handy and easy to use it can be! I can just leave it in my purse and bring it to travel! I currently use it for my hands, neck and chest. I love how it is not sticky and you could see how hydrated those body parts of mine! I can't wait for those hand dark spots to go away anytime soon! Since this is my first time to order, I was skeptical to know whether the shipment will be coming or not due to the fact I saw the advertisement in Instagram. But when I emailed Lauryn, she assured me they are valid company and she even showed me where my shipment status is and how to track them down! She is very sweet and very understanding!

I’m blown away with this cream. Someone recommended the inner thigh cream so having looked it up and noting that the price was very reasonable I decided to give it a try. Literally within about 2 weeks I noticed a difference in the crepey surface of my skin. It was much smoother but the biggest improvement was on the inside of my arms. It doesn’t suggest using it there but hey , I’ll try anything and I’m so glad I did. Normally I’m very sceptical about incredible claims from companies announcing their product can perform miracles but this cream although definitely not a miracle is damn close. I recently had to contact customer service as I had mistakenly made the wrong payment. They responded within a couple of hours and problem solved straight away. Well done Glow Fairy. Keep up the good work 😊

I had an excellent interaction with customer service. I forgot to enter my VIP code - which was totally on me - and they were quick to respond and even sent a refund within a few hours of the order. I've been beyond impressed with the products, but the customer service response put them over the top in my book.

My order never arrived. I have been charged for the product and also indicated express delivery, 1 month has passed and I have not received anything. I have been contacting the company attached the screenshot of my payment, but no response. I believe it is a SPAM.

The duty and taxes into Canada are horrendous. This is the only out of Canada company that I order from that charges for this especially when the product itself is too much money. Won't be ordering again.

After reading about The Glow Fairy and seeing videos on YouTube I thought I would give it a try.Most of the reviews on Trustpilot are about customer service and not the product itself.Well first of all my order arrived quite quickly just two weeks thought I would wait longer so that was a nice surprise.I ordered the Glow Fairy face wand and The Glow Fairy body wand. Firstly I was shocked by how little product you get for your money! The face wand is the size of an average lipstick.The balm is lovely to apply no dragging on the skin and quite soft but does not last very long. The body wand is much bigger and chunkier and goes on nicely but after nearly 7 weeks of using the skin on my face and body look no different whatsoever.I was so disappointed but I suppose we have to try these products.So in summing up I would say very expensive for what you recieve and don't last long at all and by the way I was only applying twice a week as per instructions not everyday don't waste your hard earned money,not worth it.
