The agent I had Lauryn was very quick and corrected my order very quickly before it shipped. The error was made on my part and I was very fortunate she quickly responded to my request and corrected it!

The customer service was excellent and while I was disappointed in the eye cream, I most definitely appreciated the prompt reply and concern from the company. They offered a refund, which wasn't necessary but did offer to send me another product they thought I would benefit from and that is what I did, so thank you.

Fast response & replacement.

My son gifted me The Glow Wand/The Glow Fairy last Christmas (2022). The product being the size of lipstick, I rubbed it daily only on the sides of my mouth. No magic happened and not an iota of difference, the wrinkles are as they were. A sheer waste of time and money! As a side note, the product is made in China, and on one side of the packaging, it says" Do you want to magically meet the love of your live[sic]? Look in the mirror." I had some doubts about its efficacy at the outset going by such grammar!

I purchased the instant eye serum from Glow Fairy. I have not seen any results from this product. I have used other products that work very well but was trying to save money. I posted a review on the Glow Fairy site, but it looks like they only post 5 star reviews.

2 weeks with no delivery, I emailed custimer support asking if my order was being shipped. Samantha replied they right away saying they were out of stock of some items I ordered. She gave me a refund for those and had the rest of my order shipped right away. They should let you know when items are out of stock instead of waiting to send your order, but when I reached out they did help. Thanks!

While the Glow Fairy eye serum did not work for me the customer service was great. I inquired how to return the product and Samantha was very helpful . She walked me through the process and made it very easy.

I ordered some products and when I checked out I forgot to put the promo code. I emailed the support team and they responded right away and were able to update my order and give me a refund for the saving with the promo. I am very happy with their products as well as their customer support team.

I had written the wrong address and Lauryn helped me immediately. It was fuss free and I appreciated that I didn’t have to wait for some higher up to approve it etc. She changed it and voila it’s already on the way to me!
