It’s garbage.. just a slimy balm. Not worth it; does nothing and company doesn’t stand behind their products (no returns) Save your $

I purchased the instant eye repair serum with the understanding that if I was unsatisfied I would be able to return the product. Their website says “risk free.” I expected to pay a return or restocking fee of some sort, but be able to return the product if it was ineffective, which it is. All it did was make my eyes tight with a white powdery effect which was not a good look. Upon contacting customer service they told me they do not refund at all, I was stuck with the crap product, but they would send me a different (ineffective) product to make up for it. I didn’t want anything else from their line, and bribing is not appreciated.

Ordered to be delivered in UK. Order value $76.00(shipment included), the company declared a value of $200 which is completely false, probably for insurance purpose in case the package geta lost. So far I had to pay £40.00 TAX/VAT, I’m a total out of pocket of £100 and still not have my parcel. Glow Fairy offered to refund half shipment cost, then after offered to refund full Shipment costs $16.95 which are 2/5 of the TAX/VAT I had to pay to not have my parcel So far. This company is a joke.

The instant eye repair serum did not work for me and it did not allow my makeup to blend in. No returns allowed. Total scam. Do not buy from this company.

This product it doesn’t work at all!!! And of course is no returns accepted! I tried before Plexaderm at least that was working, this doesn’t do anything! Don’t waste your money on it, it’s garbage for a lot of money!!!!!

Sadly I read the reviews after the purchase but Uk buyers be warned. There is a Huge ( like 50% of order value) import duty that is not referenced anywhere. I read reviews after placing the order and contacted them to say that I have been made aware of a hidden cost of purchase and their attitude was just one of “ we don’t control import duties”. Of course this is true but the order was a day old so cancelling should have been an option. This product could make me look like a newborn but the lack of transparency for Uk customers means I would never buy again nor recommend.

Instant Eye Repair serum really does live up to its reputation- instantly removes under eye bags and dark circles- it truly is amazing- glides on so easily with no residue, no chalky after-effects. I realized immediately at time of purchase I forgot to put a special code in to receive my discount and emailed to inquire if I could add it. Customer service emailed me back quickly and refunded the difference right away. I was surprised and pleased that they were able to do this.

Glow fairy products do what it says ! My skin is soo much healthier and lines have almost gone ,I will continue to use these products as I sincerely believe in them thank you all at Glow Fairy.

Glow Fairy immediately contacted me to verify shipping address so they could replace products. No questions, no hassel. All is good. Giving some of the products for gifts. Product feels good on skin & does not burn my eyes. Anticipate seeing results!

I ordered the Eye Boosts and used it immediately when I received it. I left it on for 30 minutes and I absolutely love the results. It appears to have made the skin around my eyes smoother with less noticeable wrinkles! This stuff is great and I will keep using it. Thanks!

I was excited to place a first order with this company nearly a month ago, but my excitement quickly turned to frustration. Unlike some of the positive reviews on Trustpilot, my experience with Glow Fairy was abysmal. I was unable to personally connect with Customer Service over the 3+ weeks I waited for my package to arrive. I received 2 separate invoices for my 1 box order. They charged me for a pop-up add-on to my order, which I did not request, effectively doubling the price. As soon as I saw this, I emailed customer service and was told that I absolutely did request an add-on combo. As proof to the contrary, I had my original order confirmation from Glow Fairy that did not mention this additional purchase. A second purchase order from them was generated 4 hours after I placed my one and only order. I wrote the company, sent them a screenshot of my order and the confirmations I received from them and told them that I would not have ordered an add-on offer before having had an opportunity to see if I liked the first quantity I ordered. Besides, the add-on offer was one of those pop-ups that was generated before you go to check out and place your original order. I could not reach Glow Fairy by phone and continued to email them to remove the additional charge. They were adamant that I had placed a second order, in spite of the proof I submitted. Their products finally arrived yesterday and I am sending everything back to them unopened, without even trying the one product I did order because I feel like I have been scammed. As a business owner myself, I believe that adding more products to a customer's order is a very shady practice and one that I will not reward with my hard-earned dollars. Their insistence that the fault with the order lies with me, and could not possibly have been attributed to them is beyond arrogant.

I ordered 2 , with shipping fee what’s almost 20€ more , then I had to pay 25€ more at the border , I waisted so much money for an item that just didn’t do anything, I’m really really sad 😞

I started using the Glow wand for my arms about 2 weeks ago. I use so many skin care products but I have never seen such dramatic results. Now I bend my elbow and my forearm no longer has wrinkles. It's honestly amazing.

I love this stuff! I find the wrinkle erasers really soften the wrinkles on my cheek. I feel it saves me from getting fillers. I used the glow wand on my legs all summer and haven't had that smooth of skin for years.

I used the eye serum. It cost me a lot for a tiny tube plus I needed to pay a brokerage fee and additional duty at the border (I'm in Canada). This ended up being a very expensive product and it doesn't do anything! It makes no difference on my eyes. Zero. I thought it would at least have some effect. It's purely a gimmick and I fell for it

I take really good care of my skin and usually wake up in the morning pretty fresh faced thanks to some good skincare products. I used the glow wand two nights in a row, and both mornings after using it I woke up to my wrinkles appearing more noticeable, and my usual glow was nowhere to be seen. Quite the opposite. I’m no expert but my guess is it’s so drying for the skin that this is the result. I won’t dare use it again. Super disappointed because I was actually excited to use this. Great marketing is all. The product not only doesn’t work, but may do damage to your skin. Don’t waste your money.

First thing I noticed was Made in CHINA on the box! That is not stated any where on their ads. What a turn off. So, they paid pennies for this. This product has not done anything. Very small tube. 0.3 oz. Nothing changed with my eye bags or darkness. in 10 minutes or 4 hours. Then I get emails for now selling at $24.99 which is 50% off the 50% off up to 70% off, if you purchase more tubes. I sure won't. If you read many of these reviews, the reviews talk about the service from Glow Fairy, but not about how the product works for the customers. Overpriced from the git go. I will stick with my other product, which is a full 1 oz, MADE in USA, cheaper, which does give fast results, and works. 10/09/2022
