I have had the best experience with Samantha at Glow Fairy. I had an issue with the delivery service in my area. I contacted them with my issue and they said it was unfortunate and they would mark my delivery as lost. I contacted Glow Fairy to let them know. I knew it was a long shot, but thought I would tell them so they are aware of that delivery company in Canada. I received an email from Samantha within 24 hours saying that she has placed an order on my behalf and to watch for a tracking number in my email. I was not charged for the order. I was grateful for a customer service rep to go above and beyond to correct an issue that was not their fault. Thank you Samantha for your impeccable customer service, your professionalism and quick responses to my issue. I would rate Samantha a million stars but I’m limited to 5. Thank you again. You are truly appreciated. ❤️😊

I've been using their glow wand for about 2 weeks now, and even after my first use, I could see and feel a change in my skin. My skin was softer, and just looked better. I look forward to the continual changes in my skin by using this product!

I love the glow fairy wand I’ve only had one bottle but already see results (no more elephant knees!) My coupon could didn’t go through and after one email they were happy to help me and gave me the discount They made it so easy and the fact that the product is so great just makes the experience that much better Couldn’t be happier!!!

I see a lot of good reviews on customer service but almost none on product the instant eye repair did literally NOTHING no difference what so ever!Going to return it very disappointed.Well guess I'll eat the the cost it's not returnable☹️☹️☹️

I had placed an order with Glow Fairy. Shortly after I was reading my emails and noticed there was one from Glow Fairy stating I could take 50% off my next order. I sent them an email asking if the 50% off could still be applied to my order. Not only did Lauryn refund 50% but gave me 60% off my next order.
