I suffer from very tired eyes as my job is very straining on them and these eyepatches just freshen my eyes, feels so nice, that I go from I hardly can keep my eyes open to feeling wide awake. These would be perfect for long haul air travel or night shifts too.There is plenty of product on the patches and left in the bag so you can reapply. My under eye skin feels great and moisturised.

I had an issue with the amount I was paying for the product. Evidently, I forgot to put a special code in to receive my discount. Lauryn emailed me back almost immediately and took care of the situation right away! I was so surprised and happy that she was able to do this for me and was so sweet about it.

I received my package today from Glow Fairy but was disappointed that only half my order was sent. I emailed the support line immediately as I expected to have to wait a day or two for a response. To my surprise, a response came within minutes from Lauryn Williams. Lauryn assured me that the missing item was already processed and should arrive shortly. Lauryn has restored my faith that there are still some places with great customer service and communication skills. You have a valuable employee with Lauryn!

Placed an order and one of the items was not in the shipment. Sent an email to the email with the customer service and within minutes (on a Friday night), Lauryn responded and fixed the issue. Item that was not included is now on the way! Best customer service experience. Thank you Lauryn!! Sarah

Can we talk about exceptional customer service?! Wow! I emailed support the evening I received my first product because I was concerned about the label/branding. The box was labeled and sealed, but the tube had no labeling/branding. I did not want to use the product without verification of ingredients so I was pleased to receive a reply from Lauren W. in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. She explained they received a batch with no branding, but assured me it was the correct product. Communication is rare these days— it was amazing to receive such wonderful service and I look forward to trying the serum.

I accidentally pressed the purchase button and ordered an extra 3 sets, when I meant to press continue shopping! I just received my under eye serum and used it just on one eye because I want to see if there's a real difference. My item came in 9 days which was very good because I wasn't expecting it for 4 more days! I'm checking the mirror every few minutes to see if it's working and so far I don't really see anything different but I have high hopes!
