The Banham engineer was on time, polite, self-sufficient and explained all he had done.

Kerry called ahead to confirm time of arrival for our Banham alarm service today. She arrived on time, was incredibly professional and helpful throughout - a really good ambassador for the Banham firm.

Very polite and quiet person all the staff should be trained.

I got a call half an hour before Kerry's arrival so I would know her ETA (I always welcome that) and when she came she was very kind, helpful and professional. She came across very honest too. This is the first time that a woman has come to do the maintenance for us and I was wondering why that is. Surely this is a perfectly fine job to be carried out by a woman, why Banham does not employ more women??? I definitely would like to see more women doing this job. As a woman, letting a stranger walk into my home, I feel safer when that person is a woman, regardless they come from a well known brand as Banham, or not. Please Banham listen to this and employ more women like Kerry. She was great!

A quick and helpful review. I was a bit disappointed that my request for 30mins notice of the engineer’s arrival was not followed. He had no idea this had been requested. Busy people cannot stay in for half a day.

Kerry came to provide maintenance/service for our alarm system and was extremely thorough, professional and friendly - she worked fast but also pointed out many features which previous Banhams representatives had never mentioned to us before. I hope the company recognised her great work!

We recently had the Banham security system installed, and we couldn't be happier with the service. The team was brilliant-kept us informed every step of the way and were very thorough in explaining what they were doing. They made sure everyone from management was involved in the setup and took the time to walk us through the Banham app, explaining everything clearly. Highly recommended

Great alarms. New automated billing and appointments systems causing hiccups, but very helpful customer service Josie Llwellyn super efficient at sorting things out. We've been customers for over 25 years in 3 different houses. Their installation teams are excellent.

Service done very quickly with minimum of fuss.
