I’ve had a basic maintenance contract for four years now, and every year they try to charge me for batteries that should be included in my plan. Most recently, my siren stopped working, and I was forced to pay for a replacement. On top of that, they charged me extra for the siren cover, which I wasn’t aware would incur an additional fee—all of this, of course, on top of my annual subscription. It feels like Banham is more focused on squeezing money out of me than providing reliable service. I’d love to switch to a different company, but that would require replacing the entire system, which I don’t have the energy to deal with right now. Still, I’m extremely dissatisfied with their service.

The engineer who attended was very polite, efficient with great inter-personal skills. You MUST do something to make it easy for Customers to get through to you on the phone. To make my maintenance call appointment took me THREE Days. After 4 attempts - I was quite fed up. The phone just rang and rang. When I eventually got through - I think it was an engineer that answered the phone . The telephone is a shop window to any business. Somehow this doesn't bode well when you ask for the invoice to be paid up front. Happy to discuss if required. Thanks MJ
