The engineer was punctual and serviced the alarm system quickly and left everything tidy and in good order.

The engineer came on on time for the annual service to the intruder alarm system which was carried out professionally in a very short time.

The engineer phoned to give his time of arrival. This was of course very helpful. He worked quietly, quickly and well.

We have an inner door & an outer door & today we had the inner door rehung (it had dropped, making it difficult to open/close); the lock replaced with a new Banham lock; & the barrel on the outer door changed so the same key fits both doors. Spencer, who did the work was excellent. He phoned me twice to give me an ETA; laid down dust sheets before starting; was very efficient & helpful; & hoovered up afterwards. The door is now easy to open & close. Thank you Spencer/Banham for a job well done.

My experience wasn't "great" - silly word to use - it was prompt, efficient, and conducted by a friendly and polite young man. Just what I would wish it to be.

All went as expected: Engineer was on time, polite, and carried out the work efficiently.

This was a routine service but I had some queries on the alarm system which required the service engineer to alter some settings. He was very patient in doing that and in explaining how the altered system worked and generally was a pleasure to deal with.

Unfortunately I can only give Banham 2 stars. Locks were installed incorrectly 3 times and it has been a nightmare getting them to come back to correct it including failing to show up at scheduled appointments. Expect more from a business that charges as much as this
