United Kingdom | 16 September 2024I’m forced into writing this scathing review because of the arrogance of Banhams. Maybe it’s the area I’m (Herts) or I’m just unlucky! I’ve been a Banhams customer for 10 years. In the last 5 years they have forgotten to maintain the alarm, engineers turn up without the right equipment. At times we have been without an alarm because of poor maintenance. This month we were forced to cancel the monitoring contract - were probably moving home in the next 6 months and the standard 12 month contract has no break clause! Having cancelled the contract the alarm mysteriously stops working. Banhams simple response was Tough!!!!

United Kingdom | 14 September 2024BANHAM SERVICE IS NOW APPALLING IN ALMOST EVERY WAY - engineers repeatedly not showing up and not even calling to cancel, admin staff totally out of touch with the account, no-one seems to know what their colleagues are doing or saying, endless complaint emails that change nothing. Banham has deteriorated beyond recognition. No idea how this was allowed to happen, such a shame.
