Punctual and efficient maintenance visit

Just completed our annual Banham Alarm Service. Very happy with the professional manner of the technician. Previously called the Banham Group regarding an issue and the problem was resolved efficiently after discussion.

I’m forced into writing this scathing review because of the arrogance of Banhams. Maybe it’s the area I’m (Herts) or I’m just unlucky! I’ve been a Banhams customer for 10 years. In the last 5 years they have forgotten to maintain the alarm, engineers turn up without the right equipment. At times we have been without an alarm because of poor maintenance. This month we were forced to cancel the monitoring contract - were probably moving home in the next 6 months and the standard 12 month contract has no break clause! Having cancelled the contract the alarm mysteriously stops working. Banhams simple response was Tough!!!!

Excellent iconic British security company The administration fell behind in delivering the best service: I had to wait over a year for a maintenance appointment before they sent an engineer to service the alarm system; I have often been kept waiting on the line for over five even ten minutes on one occasion to speak to someone. However on this occasion an excellent service was delivered; reminders were sent and the engineer came within the time window He was polite and professional

BANHAM SERVICE IS NOW APPALLING IN ALMOST EVERY WAY - engineers repeatedly not showing up and not even calling to cancel, admin staff totally out of touch with the account, no-one seems to know what their colleagues are doing or saying, endless complaint emails that change nothing. Banham has deteriorated beyond recognition. No idea how this was allowed to happen, such a shame.

You keep asking me to post a review again so here goes. Nothing has changed since my last review. I still think that your maintenance contract at nearly £250 pa for changing 5 batteries is poor value for what you get.

Everything went smoothly

Steve was extremely good and very nice.

We are a Dental Surgery & engineers came specially at lunchtime as we could not have alarms tested while Patients were being treated.

I asked for early appointment and he came at the right time, and service was efficient and thorough, and helpful.
