No communication from the admin team at all. Appalling services and definitely a lot worse than when I started using Banham a few years ago.

Maldives | 21 September 2024Unfortunately our experience has been really unsatisfactory. We installed a complete system (doors / entry system / screens / cameras). Installation and flexibility was all good. I was surprised to see software and hardware that really looked like from the early 2000’s. The team argued that this is the most up to date and most reliable system in the market. You are not able to amend recording times, the lag between ringing and when your phone starts ringing is >15 seconds and even changing ringtones on the doorbell is not available beyond 3 very weird sounds. I was fine with all that, if not for the software to suddenly have some hickups after ca. 13 months. I’ve reached out to the Banham team in the phone and via email, just to get the same answer: you are out of the guarantee period, so please pay £240+VAT for someone to come and check the system (ca. 20% of the cost of the entire system) - just fyi, we removed the system and placed Ring doorbells for not only a lower price than the “call out fee”, but also a more modern and more reliable hardware. I have tried finding someone within Banham to understand the issue and help me somehow, but the team clearly has a “procedure” and every single time I received almost the exact some wording as a response. Don’t expect customized customer service. Very unfortunate, but I would strongly recommend staying away from Banham, do your research on much cheaper and better alternatives, you will thank me.
