Then, he made a number of statements that were the opposite of reality, and provably so, and then he started most sentences with "obviously", when, not only what he was saying was not obvious, but it was provably wrong.

United Kingdom | 04 September 2024A lovely engineer Callum arrived 2.75 hours late and this was not his fault. This was because Head Office booked him in between 1pm and 4.30pm and I my email communication from the service dept stated the appointment was between 8.30am and 1pm. When I rang the service dept I was also told by Head Office my appointment time was between 1pm and 4.30pm initially. Then Rajib who I spoke with changed his mind and said I was correct. This meant I was late for work not to mention I had to stay in for nearly 8 hours which is not acceptable. In addition my previous appointment with Banhams was cancelled. I would like the complaints manager at Banhams to call me back.
