The servcie was booked between 8.30-1.00pm. WE heard nothing so called at 1.00 to find out when the engineer would arrive.Person at Banham centrally was most helpful said she tried to call the engineer but no answer but had texted my mobile number for him to call me.After nearly another hour spoke to someone else at banhams who managed to contact the engineer and said he would arrive within about 5 minutes,which happened. The engineer did apologise for lateness upon arrival and carried out service OK. He should ,though have telephoned to say he was running late.Turned out he came from Hampshire,had been to Surrey then to me and was on his way to outer London.That did not seem sensible scheduling. In recent years our engineers have come from Sussex.

No communication up front of routine service. Service was efficient, but by an operative who hadn't serviced our system previously. Did renew contact details to hopefully rectify communication issue. Note I didn't receive annual invoice last year due to my e mail changing. Appears that your records hadn't been updated with my new e mail address.

I have been a Banham Security client for 33 years. I have had excellent service both in person and on the phone.

An annual maintenance visit went very smoothly but the ever increasing cost makes one question the worthiness of such a programme. Getting very expensive for what is undertaken.
