Germany | 14 August 2024Well the member of staff who actually attended the call-out went up stairs and checked the MD office which is where the alarm was triggered from. But he obviously didn't check very thoroughly, as he didn't notice that the window was opened so he didn't close it and it was left open all night, so we are surprised the alarm did trigger again. It was only when we came in this morning that we found it still left open!

United Kingdom | 08 August 2024Or appointment slot was 9-1pm and the engineer didn't come until 3pm. Communication with the office trying to chase up on the engineer was also very poor. I was promised to be called back and wasn't and had to chase again. Not impressed

United Kingdom | 05 August 2024Banham came out on a Sunday at short notice to an old alarm of an ex customer that mysteriously started going off. It had been put in engineer mode earlier in the Month "(AND NOW IT CANNOT GO OFF)" But a few weeks later something happened that made that statement wrong. On Sunday they took the bell out of play and would have decommissioned the box in the cupboard but the person letting them in couldn't access this. They agreed today to come back and finish the job at no extra charge. Id say this was a good response from a great company that values past and present customers. Don't get me wrong, the call out cost on a Sunday was expensive, but bearing in mind the upset in the locale with an alarm going off repeatedly a small price to pay. First class customer service form a first class business.
