I work for a fire door repair company and during the course of one of our projects we encountered some Banham Mortice Deadlocks in existing fire doors, so made an email enquiry to Banham to ask whether the locks were suitable for fire doors. We received a very promt reply from Tyrone Logan in the Technical Dept who advised that the existing locks could be upgraded to become fire door compliant by applying intumescent pads and replacement fire rated thumb turns (and links were provided to both on their website). Tyrone advised that it was standard practise for the old mortice locks to be returned to Banham for fitting of the replacement thumb turns. However, as this was not possible (as the removal of the locks would leave the flats unsecured) the technicians kindly supplied a step-by-step guide for our operatives to follow on site. All items were delivered on time and were as described. The service we received was exceptional and I have no hesitation in recommending Tyrone and the team at Banham.

I was very impressed by my recent experience with Banham Security. The young man who arrived on a motorbike to check our alarm was still at the property when I returned home. He was extremely polite, professional and reassuring and even helped me to bring in my groceries from the car! Excellent service - eleven out of ten!
