Vinny, the service engineer arrived nice and early in the morning as requested. He checked and tested the system, was very polite and friendly, as indeed all the Banham engineers are. Excellent service!

The system appears to be reliable. Your technician arrived on time carried out his work and left. A pleasant young man who seemed to me to be thorough.

Two very pleasant engineers arrived to carry out the annual service. They seemed to be very thorough in checking all parts of the house. They also asked me if I had any questions to ask and if I had any problems with the alarm (which I hadn't) Hopefully my alarm will be trouble free for another year

I have a sensor that is faulty .The maintenance engineer thought that he did not have a replacement with him and he said he would not have time to fit one even if he had one !!

Very efficient and pleasant. Pity Banhams couldn’t give a two hour slot for a visit which would help us plan our day.

I have two property using Banhan system. The connection issue in office in Mayfair can’t be fixed after more than 5 times maintenance appointment, and you have to answer their phone call continuously for connection issue, which cause me PTSD. I don’t know if my office has been intruded or just connection issue. Not happy at all about the system.

Appointment kept, engineer turned up early which suited me. Service executed to my satisfaction and all tested before completion.
