Very helpful service from David when buying our Ercol sofa

We had David D who was very thorough in explaining everything to us about the furniture we was purchasing can’t thank him enough.

David D was our salesperson and spent time with us on 2 visits to ensure we made the right choice. He was helpful and informative. I would recommend this company.

We bought a bed on Saturday a few weeks after purchasing carpets. Excellent company and staff. In fact I can’t remember when we last bought furniture from another company 😀

Whether you're buying something large or small, the staff are always helpful and a pleasure to deal with, had several items over the years from them (sofa, beds etc...) and never been disappointed.

We called in to Mytholmroyd store at the weekend to look for a new sofa for my mother in law as we'd had previous pleasant experiences of browsing the goods on offer here. There was the usual great selection of quality furniture in the store which you're left to browse at your leisure by the non pushy sales staff. You get greeted as you walk in and then left alone which is how we prefer it, not the type of sales people who follow you around making you feel uncomfortable. Once we had decided on one we liked, we were assisted by Laura E who was extremely pleasant & professional in helping us with the purchase, explaining all the options and furniture care in great detail. We popped in to buy a new mattress and were greeted by a very helpful gentlemen Mark H. He kindly talked us through all the different options and helped us to both come to a decision from lying on all the different brands. We popped in on Saturday for a look around not really expecting to find anything, the range has vastly improved over the past couple of years and we ended up ordering two new sofas. We went harassed by sales people, David after greeting us stood back and waited whilst we looked around, he was then on hand to talk us through options when we were ready and talked us through how to look after the sofas, great no pressure selling. We would really recommend.

Our first visit to Russell Dean and what a very impressive experience it was. I have bought 2 items from Russell Dean in the last month. The attention and advise given by the sales consultants David and Troy were exceptional, no pressure just friendly advise to understand my requirements.

Just recently been introduced to Russell Dean at Mytholmroyd and just purchased a new bed mattress and ordered two 2 piece sofas due to arrive in December. We were very impressed with the sales staff Troy and Laura irrespectively they were very helpful, informative and professional without being ‘pushy’ in their sales technique. Wanted a new bed and decided to go look at Russell Dean’s showroom. They had a great selection at reasonable prices and Chad was very knowledgeable but not at all pushy. Delivery was at a day and time which suited us and the delivery guys were very respectful of our house and really professional. An all round excellent service, would highly recommend.
