Quality furniture and excellent service. We have just ordered a sofa and chair ( our second purchase from Russell Dean). The staff have been very helpful, in particular Laura, who talked us through various options and arranged for a number of fabric samples to be sent from the manufacturers. She was knowledgeable and informative but did not make us feel pressured in any way.This quality of service makes all the difference- and is much appreciated.

Just bought two sofas from Russell Dean hebden bridge, our assistant was Chad he was so helpful there was no pressure we visited the shop three times to double check our choice, size colour etc third time lucky we have just ordered our sofas can’t wait for them to arrive thanks so much Chad 👍🏻🤣

Had furniture delivered today by Russel Dean. It was Dave and Dave van 1. Really brilliant lads, did a fantastic job, can't praise them enough, thank you.

We were looking for a new lounge suite. On this occasion we dealt with Chad who was so pleasant and very helpful, not pushy at all and did everything to make sure we were certain about our decision. He mentioned and suggest things we had not thought about which was showed he really knew about the product we were buying. I also want to thank him for his patience as it is not easy picking fabrics ! If we could award him 6 stars we would. Thankyou !

Great service by Laura last weekend. Really understood our requirements and showed us some options we’d not considered to end up with three fabulous pieces the compliment each other perfectly.

On Sunday the 16th July my wife and I visited Russell Dean show room at Mytholmroyd. We have been looking for a new suite for a few months at various showrooms. On entering Russell Dean’s showroom and being seat on a sofa we was approached by a young lady called Laura who introduced herself and then left us to look around. We found the suite of our choice and we approached Laura to help deal with our enquiries in a professional manner with a good knowledge of the sofa set we choose. From deciding to purchase the goods to the completing the order was seamless and would highly recommend anyone to purchase from the store due to the quality of furniture and polite personnel.

Yesterday (Saturday 15/7/23) we went to look at furniture. We were approached by a young man called Troy. He asked us if he could help us and we said we were just looking. We saw a suit that we really liked. Troy then came and gave us all the information about the suit. He was not pushy like some sales people can be and really friendly and very helpful. We purchased the suit and are looking forward to it arriving in 12 weeks. We would definitely recommend a visit to Russell Dean Furniture if you are looking to buy a new lounge suit. Having received a recommendation from a friend, my wife and I visited to view sofas. Very impressive showroom and knowledgeable staff. Mark and Troy were really helpful in discussing our needs and without any sales pressure whatsoever. We were happy to order and now looking forward to delivery in the next three months or so.

Visited the store in Mytholmroyd on 2nd July had a really good look around (at sofas) nobody pushing or pestering us. Great! when we needed help Toby was a 'star' he had the patience of a saint as we changed our minds several times. finally sorted a sofa and foot stool and was very pleased with toby's attention detail and pleasant personality. cannot wait for our new furniture to arrive!!

Yet another very successful and pleasant visit to Russell Dean… I took my Aunty to choose carpets for her new bungalow We went a couple of months ago and Chad gave her a 10% off voucher Yet again brilliant service Chad took ownership on the fact that ‘carpets weren’t his bag’ but could explain about underlay She chose 3 carpets that she thought she liked and Chad allowed her to bring the colour samples home and organised for Richard (carpet man) to arrange a measure and chat about carpets and suitability We then went to look at beds and again very well explained about different mattresses and bases She bought a bed and has been extremely pleased with Chad and the company I (we) couldn’t recommend this place enough Good friendly professional service with a personal feel

Visited store looking for certain size sofa talked through our requirements with Samantha checked various sofas ended up picking the first one we saw. Samantha explained everything to us checked our measurements etc. we left feeling confident.

Been to Russell Dean today ordered a Parker Knoll sofa excellent service! Made to feel welcome and comfortable by staff.
