We visited the store on Sunday and we were looked after by Samantha. We were not pushed into buying but Samantha was excellent and very patient and knowledgeable and let us choose at our own pace. We would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for furniture in a pleasant and welcoming environment.

They have a very good selection of furniture in Mytholmroyd and at a reasonable price. Excellent service from David D who let us look at options without being pushy. But when we decided gave thorough advice about caring for our new sofa and chair. Would highly recommend.

Have ordered furniture here today. The store has a massive selection of furniture and accessories, the only problem we had is that we had so much to choose from! The items on display looked fantastic quality and there’s something for everyone. We had a great experience, Mark H looked after us, he was very professional, helpful and informative. He gave us time to decide, wasn’t pushy at all but was on hand to answer our questions. We felt we had Mark’s full attention, even when after we’d ordered and paid we spotted a rug we wanted to purchase - nothing was too much trouble. Can’t wait for our beautiful furniture to arrive.

We bought a sofa from Russell Dean today and David the salesman was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the piece of furniture we bought. He was not pushy in any way, but warm and welcoming, allowed us time to make sure we were buying the right Sofa. Thankyou David for being so helpful and understanding, I have back pain and definatly feel we have the right Sofa.

Went for a look around with no intention of buying. Samantha was around to direct us if we needed it. When we saw a perfect set of furniture, she was there to give us the right amount of info in a friendly, relaxed but interested manner. We measured and photographed the items and left the store as Samantha was on the telephone. She answered the phone when I rang once home after we made sure the product was the right size. Arranged to call in an hour and she was waiting for me. We checked the item carefully together as it was in the sale and she pointed out the only damage. She was very informative and made sure i was happy with everything. We were very happy with the service we received today. We usually buy our furniture from Russell Dean's and have never been disappointed.

We purchased a new bed from Samantha and she was very helpfull and her knowledge was very good and answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble we will definitely be going there again when we need more furniture and the Mytholmroyd store is very accessible and all the staff were very pleasant and cheerfull.

The store has a very relaxed ambience and the staff strike the right balance between being attentive and allowing you to browse at leisure. Any queries I had were addressed promptly and efficiently by Laura. I left having successfully purchased a beautiful chair; the whole experience was a very pleasant one!

We decided to travel to the store based In Mytholmroyd,Hebden Bridge as there were good reviews online. We were looking for a new sofa and matching electric reclining chairs. There was a wide choice in store. We booked an appointment with Samantha King and couldn't have chosen a better staff member! Samantha listened to our somewhat complicated requirements/wishes and showed us various options. She devoted much of the afternoon to enable us to try out different brands/styles, discussed fabric/leather cover options as well as fully explaining add ons available.Samantha was friendly, knowledgeable and had the patience of a saint whilst we came to our final decision! The actual order process was fully explained by Samantha and we received a discount too. We came away very happy having experienced excellent customer service!! Thank you, Samantha!!!

It’s always a pleasure to visit Russell Dean. Nobody pressurising you but someone always available. I was looking for a sofa and served by David, once again no pressure, he just listened and advised and after frequent visits and the assistance of David I’m looking forward to receiving my sofa.

As always excellent service at Russell Dean Mytholmroyd. We were served by Laura who was friendly,knowledgeable, and amazingly patient with us as we had a challenging sofa purchase due to an awkward shaped room. We ordered a sofa, all sorted and deposited paid, or so we thought. We had a re- measure and realised that it wasn’t right so the following day I returned and altered our order, not a problem for Laura. Thank you so much you really go the extra mile

Visited the store in Mytholmroyd to look at a sofa we had viewed online. We were served by David who was very knowledgeable. There was no pressure sales technique just great advice. We placed our order and we’re guided through the next steps and timeframe for delivery. We have bought furniture previously from here and have always had great service.

Went to Russell Dean to see a selection of beds with a view to buying one. We wanted to look at Hypnos beds and the Sales Assistant Laura explained the various options whilst we tested them to see how they suited before reaching a decision. Overall good guidance and a relaxing environment to make a purchase - Would definitely visit again.

I went to Russell Dean following a recommendation by a colleague as I needed a new sofa. The choices here are brilliant, lots of beautiful sofas in both fabric and leather. The store is lovely as are the staff. However feel that I just need to mention David D who was fantastic. He answered all my questions and patiently put up with me changing my mind on colours. David explained the process of ordering, delivery and what to expect/ look after the sofa, and since we came home he has been busy helping us to check if we can actually fit our ordered sofa into the house. Can’t thank him enoug and we have already recommended Russell Dean to our friends

Thanks for an easy and pressure free environment to find our perfect sofa. Shopping in other furniture shops we felt we were being sold products rather than someone actually listening to what we wanted. Laura was on hand to help with any questions and give us all the information we needed. Exactly the right balance, gave us time on our own to browse but was there when we needed her. A credit to the team!

The sales person who looked after us in the afternoon , Chad Ogden , provided excellent service and care. He listened carefully to our product requirements and offered various options / provided on the spot quotes for each product and left us time to make our own decision , without pressurising us to make a purchase. Visted the store and Laura Eltoft went above and beyond giving expert advice . We felt very at ease with Laura who unlike some furniture sales advisers wasnt pushy at all giving us time to really think about our purchase . Laura is an absolute credit to the Russell Dean team i would highly recommend the store now because of Laura in fact i did to our son .
