We visited the store recently & was attended by Syka. We chose a new suite & coffee table but were in a rush so asked could we come the following day to finalise which she was very obliging for us to do. We visited again the following afternoon & I realised I had been a little hasty & saw a different suite that I preferred. Although she was busy with other customers & this was the last day for Christmas delivery orders Syka changed our order without any fuss & conducted the transaction in a very professional manner. Since the sale she has updated us on progress & answered any questions immediately. Having worked in sales all of my life I can highly recommend her

We went into Russell Dean on Saturday to look at dinning furniture. We were approached by Syka who was very friendly,efficient and very knowledgable.when we decided what we wanted to purchase she called the store manager who was also very friendly and knowledgeable it was a delight to give them our business.

Mark Huntingdon the salesperson on duty was attentive when we arrived at the showroom and left us alone to have a 20 minute test-drive on the Stressless sofa that we were interested in. He dealt with our queries and organised the sale and delivery very quickly and without any undue pressure. Lesley Hiley was equally efficient and friendly in organising the interest-free credit. The furniture arrived earlier than expected and was delivered on time without fuss, mess or mishap. The whole experience has been great - we'll be back - and we'd thoroughly recommend Russel Dean to any of our friends and family who want to buy furniture in the future.

Russell Dean is a superb furniture store with a wide range of styles and products. The salespeople are helpful but not pushy. Special mention to Paul & Paul the delivery men who went the extra mile to provide a fantastic service.

Went in Russell Dean to look at leather sofas and TV units and we were spoilt for choice. The showroom is fantastic and well worth a visit. We were looked after by Syka who couldn’t have been more helpful. She gave a professional opinion and helped us chose a modern leather sofa and tv unit. Would definitely recommend that you visit Russell Dean if you need any furniture as staff are brilliant and they have loads of choice.

On a long weekend visit from Leicester to Rochdale, we paid a visit to Dean Russell's impressive Showroom and, thanks to Miriam's helpful and patient advice (plus a good cuppa tea!) and Dean Russell's excellent reputation, we ended up buying just the Sofa we have been looking for in a long while, and at a great price too!
