We travelled to Russell Dean as they hold an exceptional range of furniture which is very well laid out in the showroom. In addition they offer a genuine "will not be beaten on price" policy. We were assisted today by Laura who was very knowledgeable and quickly grasped what we were looking for, even though we were unsure ourselves. Laura pointed us in the direction of the Parker Knoll Burghley armchairs with power footrest, which we quickly realised fitted the bill precisely. A great price plus free delivery sealed the deal, and we now look forward to receiving the chairs in a few weeks time. A really great experience without any pressure, and certainly a recommended venue if looking for furniture, beds or carpets.

We wanted an accent chair for our living room and the selection of chairs was great at Russell Dean in Mytholmroyd. Laura was very helpful explaining the different options on chairs and fabrics etc.. She helped us enormously but without being pushy. Once we had decided on the chair she helped us choose the fabric. I wouldn't hesitate to return to buy furniture from here again!

We recently purchased a new suite from Russell Dean and were very happy with the excellent customer service we received from Samantha and Mel. Both of these ladies went out of their way to be both friendly and informative about the products we purchased. It was also lovely that they encouraged us to bring our well behaved dog into the store on a particularly cold day so that we weren’t placed under any pressure to make a rushed purchase.

Laura was very helpful and friendly when we visited the store. Very knowledgeable and explained the after care of the leather swivel chair. All staff are friendly and say hello and good afternoon. We didn't feel pressure to buy, we took our time to decide and feel the store is relaxing and would definitely recommend the store to friends and family.
