We bought a three-piece suite and a chair G plan on the 10th of January in the following week we noticed that one of the chairs on the settee I’ve gone blue so we got in touch with Russell, Dean. This is their response you should not sit on the chairs with jeans on. There’s nothing we can do about that, Many people wear jeans and sit on Furniture This furniture cost £4000 spoke to the manager about it and he is not prepared to do anything so be careful when you buy from the shop Russell, Dean has just got back to me on my review what they have said is not true. Be very careful.

Visited the Mytholmroyd store twice Mark H was very knowledgable about the Duresta sofa products and really took the time to listen to what we needed, and answered a lot of questions! Straightforward ordering and Mark has kept us up to date. Looking forward to the delivery !!

We went to search for a new sofa and Russel Dean's had a huge range of styles, designs and colours as well as a great choice of fabrics. All the furniture was high quality and beautifully presented in the store. Staff were very patient and helpful providing us with advice and ordering swatches for us to peruse at home . Once we had made our decision we were given information about how to care for our new furniture. We had a really positive shopping experience.

Friendly and helpful staff. We went into Russell Dean’s to look at sofa’s (for future) and coffee table’s we were spoilt for choice. Everything is lovely. The staff were very helpful they would check to see if we needed any help but not pushy at all. Troy was very good he helped us choose which coffee table we wanted and he was very friendly and was happy to help us. He carried the coffee table to our car which was very kind of him. I would definitely recommend a visit to Russell Dean’s.

We have had an absolutely fantastic experience at Russell Dean Furniture! We got the most fabulous treatment from Laura. We might as well have been royalty - honestly Laura is a wonderful person, she seemed genuinely interested and caring and helped us every step of the way to buy the perfect sofa for us and our lifestyle - she even helped us choose the right colour and didn't mind us umming and ahhing about it. She gave brilliant advice about how to care for our leather sofa and then worked out a great finance deal for us. Thank you so so much to our excellent local furniture store - it has been great doing business with you!

We visited the store on 2 occasions over the weekend of 13/14th January. The first time to browse, the second to purchase. It is a beautiful store, very comfortable and relaxed. Staff are friendly but not pushy. We were helped by Laura on both visit. She was very knowledgeable and efficient and a lovely person to deal with. It was our first purchase from Russell Dean, but I don't think it will be our last.

I found this to be a great company, and a pleasant showroom to choose my new bed. Laura was very helpful, and knowledgeable. She explained fully the ordering process and timescale for manufacture and delivery and assembly of my new bed! Even down to their team visiting me to check access, that they'd actually be able to get the bed to my attic room! Laura updated me regularly about the delivery date, which turned out to be quite a bit sooner than initially thought. The delivery guys were great, really friendly and took great care to show me how the bed is assembled...in case I need to move it out in future. And the bed itself, an Ercol, is a beautiful piece of furniture. Thanks again!

From getting out of the lift to leaving after purchasing my Stressless Chair. We were taken through the process with ease. Laura explained all our questions expertly. This process is still going on, keeping me updated on the stage my chair is at.

After looking at many suites over the last few months we went to Russel Dean. It was all very relaxed, no pushy sales people , we were just left to have a good look round. Laura was very helpful, answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the suites on offer. Having (finally) made our choice, Laura got us the best price. The ordering process was straightforward and we were given aftercare advice, an approximate timescale for delivery and all the information we needed. Thanks Laura!

Visited Russell Dean today to look at beds and was very impressed with the level of customer service given by Samantha. She was very knowledgeable and offered us help and advice on the different types of mattresses and bed bases available. She also knew when to leave us alone to take time to try the different mattresses but was still around for any questions we had. It is such a lovely change to have a high level of service and definitely contributed to us making a purchase today. Thank you Samantha!

Samantha is a great sales person, no pressure to purchase, knowledgable about the furniture and a lovely friendly personality.

Before making up our minds on the furniture to buy we made several visits to Russell Dean to try out several alternative. Mr Dawson must have been inwardly frustrated by us but never showed it. He was always attentive without being pushy, our many requests were never too much trouble and he was always very courteous. It was his care for us as customers that persuaded us to buy from Russell Dean rather than other suppliers we visited.

Having purchased a 3 piece suite last year and received excellent service we returned to Russell Dean to purchase a bed. Samantha was brilliant in guiding us through the options and finalising our purchase. We look forward to receiving our bed in due course.

David D was extremely friendly, helpful and informative when I visited the store. There was no pressure to buy despite the sale. I was left to view the products and decide in my own time. I was very happy to call through with an order a few days after my visit.

My Wife and I initially visited Russell Dean's store before Christmas and we were impressed with the considerable amount and quality of their furniture. We looked elsewhere but no other stores in this area were as good. We returned after Christmas and placed an order for a dining room table and chairs with David Dawson who was extremely helpful and professional so the whole process was very smooth. Since then David has emailed us to confirm our order is on track. Hopefully, there will not be any problems.
