We went to look for sofas and Laura could not have been more helpful she was polite and not pushy, she understood when we said what we needed and shown us the ideal sofas for our needs took time with us sitting and was not bothered about how long we sat on the sofa. She made it very easy, taking time to explain the different leathers and how to care for them. A very pleasant likable young lady, we then said we would like a new carpet and she took time to take us to look at them and arranged for Richard to come and see us. A time was arranged for him to come and see us at home he arrived prompt and explained about the carpets we looked at took time to tell us the best underlay and was very pleasant, he also got the prices for us very quickly. Overall a very good experience with both Laura and Richard.

the salesman chad was very kind nothing was to much trouble he explained everything carefully realy realy good anyone especially the elderly should ask for him he will talk you through everything he wasnt ready to rush off very very good

My partner & I have just purchased a new sofa & chair today...pleasantly surprised on the furniture choice as we thought it was going to be a bit more of a traditional furniture showroom NOT the case plenty of contemporary/modern something for everyone...no pressure,left alone to browse at your leisure,When we decided to buy what we wanted we was looked after by Laura who was nice and friendly & nothing was too much trouble her knowledge & expertise were second to none...well worth a visit if your looking for quality & something a bit different & thanks again Laura for your service...would definitely buy from here again...can't wait for my new furniture to arrive.

Purchased the platinum service to fit new carpets in our bedroom, landing and stairs. Thrilled with the new carpets and the work completed by John and Dan was first class. We visited Russell Dean in Mythomroyd and were greeted by Sam. She asked us what we were looking for and proceeded to check out all our available options. It became apparent that our lounge couldn’t accommodate the style of settee we had hoped for, however Sam measured several different options and guided us to our perfect alternative. We were served by David Campbell who was extremely attentive and spent a good hour with us, available to answer every question we had regarding price, fabric, style etc. The service was impeccable and made the process simple and stress free. The company has a wide variety of high quality sofas and would recommend to anyone looking to by a quality suite that lasts.

What a refreshing change. After our first Pre-Christmas visit to Russell Dean and then a New Year rampage around the ‘usual suspects’, we couldn’t get back to RD quick enough! Why I hear you ask? Was it the Service? The Atmosphere? The Choice? The Price? In all honestly, all of them! From being pleasantly greeted to then being left alone to browse a well set out, comfortable showroom with plenty of choice of varied styles, to having knowledgeable and professional staff who were available to answer all our questions, when we needed. From a price perspective, our confidence to return to Russell Dean was confirmed when we stumbled across exactly the same sofa in Oswaldtwistle Mills. We were open and honest with a lovely lady and after a complimentary coffee and a discussion with her manager, they could not meet the price of Russell Dean and declined our business. It was a significant difference! Upon our second visit to Russell Dean we found Alan, who was the ultimate professional the first time we visited. We feel it’s only fair to transact with the person that took the time to deal with us originally. Alan was again great. No rush explaining everything in detail and ensured we were aware of all options with no pushy sales patter before we sat down and made our purchase. Great service. If you want an environment where you can shop with confidence in a calm atmosphere with professional staff who are ready and waiting when YOU need them, then this is the place for you. It was for us and in classic review style, ‘we will be back’.

We called at Russell Deans on three occasions and wow what an amazing store with choice to blind you with. We was interested in a new suite and due to the huge range we was struggling to decide which one. We had one in mind but looked around at the usual SCS and co but the competitive price and the first class service won us over. All the staff where so pleasant and knowledgeable but the gentle man who we did the deal with, David Campbell was just great. Not pushing us at all as he said it is a major decision and it will be with us for some time. Can i thank all the staff especially David for a truee professional service that is not just on every street corner these days.

We recently bought a new bed from Russell Dean from their store in Mytholmroyd. The knowledge of the staff was excellent which was needed as we really was unsure on what type of mattress to buy. Didn’t get that pressure from anyone you sometimes get but very friendly and helpful. The bed arrived quicker than expected which was a added bonus. The overall service was excellent our next purchase will be from here for sure.

I received well-informed advice thoughout the process from a saleswoman who assessed my interests quickly and went to some lengths to make sure I had the opportunity to try alternatives. Deliveries to my difficult-to-access address went smoothly and all was exactly as I hoped. All this at sale prices. Thank you to everyone involved.

Absolutely fabulous service and choice in the new Russell Deans store. Completely blown away by the choice available, the stunning layout and pleasant staff. Even the free Cappuccino was top notch.

My husband and I recently purchased two leather sofas, from Russell Dean, Mytholmroyd store, with Mark’s patience & understanding, as my husband liked one sofa and I liked another. (A fantastic showroom & so many to choose from). We made our decision. We were told that the sofa’s would be approx 4/6 weeks before delivery, but to our surprise it was ready in less. We were notified by the delivery team a few days before, regarding access to the property, steps, doors etc., on the day of delivery the two seater came in fine, but unfortunately the three seater was too large to fit through the door, so Jerry & Cam took the back off of the sofa in order to get it in. I can not praise these two men enough for all of their hard work & professionalism throughout, they are a credit to your company and of course the sofa’s sit well in our room. Thanks again lads

5 star service which we have always had from Russell Dean. Efficient delivery from the two Paul’s. Cannot speak highly enough of these two, always very professional and a credit to the company. Looking forward to using the garden furniture.

Samantha King was exceptional in guiding both me and my partner through what can be a quite major purchase with plenty of (sometimes a bewildering amount of) choice. The quality of service is second to none. We were listened to and actually guided in the right direction when it came to it and no pressure (other than required guidance) was applied. Only one slight recommendation is that the credit company that they partner with should have an option to declare yourself as “Civil Partnered” as opposed to ‘Married’ or Co-habiting’ sadly we had to opt for co-habiting, which seems a backwards step as we aren’t “Married”. However that does not detract In any way from the superb customer service we received from Russell Dean itself. If you’re in doubt as to exactly what you want/need let them (particularly Samantha King) gently guide and nudge your way through thar process. These are skilled people selling premium products.

I have recently purchased a headboard, my first purchase from Russell Deans. Greatly assisted by salesperson Laura who offered and arranged for fabric samples to be sent to me to assist in final decision making. I ordered the headboard on 31st May, was anticipating 3 - 8 weeks delivery (due to possible Covid impact) but it arrived on 7th June. I was impressed both by the service provided and quality of products.

I've just bought a sofa from here and the customer service was incredible. Thank you so so much to Simon Hunter who was knowledgeable, gave great advice and was so kind and funny! There wasn't a time on both visits, that I felt pressured to buy anything but knew Simon was to hand for help. Would highly recommend that you ask to deal with Simon if you visit. From the first sales contact until my purchase was received I received tremendous, faultless services. Everything that was promised was delivered, the assistance and advice I received was excellent and the product was of great quality. I wish all shopping experiences were as good as this.
