Ordered a new bed today 4/9/2022. Very helpful and knowledgable sales lady Jackie. Very satisfied with choice and even had a free hot chocolate/cappuchino.

We had a very enjoyable shopping experience and were given invaluable help and advice from Jackie. She explained everything to us and efficiently placed our order. We had to make a slight change the following day but she dealt with it swiftly and patiently. Would definitely visit again. So many nice things to tempt us.

We were delighted with the sales care on 28th August. Our salesperson D.C. gave lots of information and couldn't have been more helpful. Our goods have still to be delivered but we have no doubt that they will be as good quality as everything we've ever bought from the Russell Dean store. Many thanks for a first class service. Sam was very helpful. She let us know that she would be available when we were ready to discuss options and then let us browse. Then when we were ready she was very knowledgeable and also patient and not pushy with us when we were looking at quite a few different suites.

Often driven past this place, but never (until yesterday) actually wandered inside - never needed to! Hey, vast, everything you could possibly want, easy to access and well laid out. Mostly top-grade furniture, but decent (indeed tempting) prices. Chad was our man. Very helpful and accommodating. Had the answer to every question. Couldn't have been more obliging. A good laugh too. And nice coffee. We left a few thousand quid worse off, but a very nice 3-piece suite to show for it. Twas a good day...

Visited today and was served by the very helpful and knowledgeable Samantha. Bought 2 sets of furniture which was made much easier by the service we received. Samantha couldn’t have been any more helpful and is an asset to the company. We have bought from this store before and would highly recommend.

I had been meaning to just go and browse for a long time, not really thinking I was going to see something there and then. Laura was absolutely lovely, genuine and friendly, I cannot thank her enough. Laura gave me time and understood where I was coming from after I explained to her I had been saving up for the last 5 years to go on a special holiday. After deciding the holiday was not going to happen I was going to treat myself to some new furniture. It didnt make sense to have all that cash lying around the flat in tins. Laura was the perfect sales person and I cannot praise her enough. I am now looking forward to having my furniture delivered, possibly for Christmas but no promises were made. I am not someone with lots of money so this purchase was very important to me. Russell Dean in Mytholmroyd is fabulous, diverse and excellent quality. We visited Russell Dean hoping to buy a new suite and two double beds. On arrival we were greeted by Samantha King, who explained the layout of the showroom and directed us to the areas most relevant to our needs. We were left in peace to look around the wonderful showroom and discuss things in private. Eventually we were ready to ask for Samantha's help. She was great. As she answered our many questions, we were impressed with her in-depth knowledge. We discussed different grades and colours of leathers and she was happy to take any measurements we requested. There was no pressure and we had all the time needed for us to make our important decisions. After choosing our suite (two sofas and a chair), we were supplied with all the information required to care for our new furniture. After lunch in Mytholmroyd, we returned to Russell Dean intending to buy two double beds. Many beds were on display and, slightly bewildered, we decided to ask for Samantha's help. With her we discussed our exact requirements.She made useful suggestions and explained manufacturing methods and materials. As a result, she was able to direct our search specifically to beds which exactly met our needs. Again there was no pressure and we had all the time we needed to make an informed decision. Happy with our choice, it was paperwork time. Samantha's professionalism and meticulous attention to detail ensured that we fully understood everything we signed for. We received detailed information on caring for our new beds. On leaving the showroom we agreed that our visit to Russell Dean had been a great success and we were completely happy with our choices. We are delighted with our new beds which were delivered recently. Delivery service was excellent. As promised, we were sent a sample of the leather we chose for our suite and we look forward to the delivery of our suite in a few weeks time. I recently bought a chair from Russell Dean in Hebden Bridge having called in the showroom on a whim to look at furniture. Their selection of furniture was excellent and whilst looking around Samantha asked if we needed any help, she wasnt pushy and said she would be close by if we needed any help. We later asked for her advice and she was very helpful. As we hadnt intended to buy anything that day she informed us of their deposit scheme to lock in the price whilst we made up our mind. Samantha explained the deposit scheme in full and told us about the stain guard scheme all done without any pressure to buy which was a nice change. She even sent off for swatches of the material so we could check the colours when we returned home. We paid the initial deposit to hold the price and returned home to check measurements etc. I contacted Samantha to ask for an additional swatch and she ordered it without any problem, nothing was too much trouble. When I decided on the colour I called her back to place the order ,she completed all the paperwork and even offered a discount on the price. She was very professional, informative and not pushing for a sale. We were very impressed and now just have to wait for the delivery. Samantha said she will update us as soon as she has any further information and I am sure we will receive a call from her when we return from our holidays. Thank you Samantha

I went to Russell Dean on a Monday morning, thankfully it was quiet because the number of collections on show is impressive and raises questions about the type of cover you want, do the sofas or chairs recline, is it in the right price bracket, what colours are available? So you need help and the sales consultant, Samantha King was fantastic. She explained all the variations available on the particular range I had taken a liking to, there were 5 grades of leather available to start with! but we came to a conclusion that met my needs on specification and price and a deal was done. it was a very enjoyable experience done in pleasant surroundings and I highly recommend this company for its professionalism, variety of product and customer service.

From entering their beautiful showroom to choosing a suite it was all a first class experience. We were greeted by Laura who was a great help in us choosing the correct colour for our suite etc. All details fully explained right down to the care of it when we finally have it in our living room. Impressed by the product knowledge. We were well looked after by Laura. Definitely recommend shopping at Russell Dean.

Called in an bought a new suite and bedroom furniture. Met by David Campbell who was friendly, knowledgeable and best of all not pushy. Took our time, sat on lots of sofas and bought what we perceive to be the best at the right price.
