Russell Dean is a very beautiful shop, good quality furniture, very clean and nicely laid out. I met Jackie McDonagh when I was looking at mattresses. With the help of Jackie, i purchased a Tempur mattress. It was in the sale and was actually cheaper than anywhere else (I checked). Jackie was professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. Visited the store at Mytholmroyd. Great selection or products. Modern store very well laid out. Staff allowed us to brows but then available to assist. Found staff very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We dealt with Chad in store who was a credit to the company. Would recommend this store as one to visit for your furniture needs.

Good quality furnishings on 2 floors with lift and car park plenty of room to wander about without been pestered by salesperson’s but are there if you need anything.Special thanks to Laura who we dealt with for her patience and understanding

You can always just feel free to pop in when you're passing, browse around and have a coffee. Laura Eltoft was an excellent salesperson to show me the different options available to me for the purchase of a replacement mattress : she took on board what I required and quickly steered me to products that would be suitable for me - at the same time making me aware of various savings that could be made. Laura quickly realised that I wasn't 'window shopping' and I was there to make a purchase. She listened to what I had to say and allowed me to make decisions without trying 'hard sell' techniques.
